Well, all i can say is im totally done with the usps ..the gov. Need to look in to whats going on..how can it be a federal crime to open some one elses mail, but not a crime to have your credit card stuck in the middle of the boxes? ( you can feel a card inside and it said CAPITAL one..so why not return it instead) putting this person( a neighbor) at risk for fraud or theft..Damaged unsigned( when it clearly requires a requested signature) I will no longer complain about the services, i will just eliminate using them...if i have a package ..letter..ANYTHING! I will from hence forth use FED EX or UPS ...may not be a perfect fix but atleast there is some accountability. Today i got my ipad delivered ..FRAGILE on the package, REQUESTED SIGNATURE, delivered to ME..... Yesterday i waited and waited..guess he came through the back because ...no delivery , it seemed....checked the small box next to the mail , only to find its packaging stripped and torn from being stuffed in a metal /iron mail box thats TOO SMALL to hold it...New ipad...CRUSHED ! ..my heart dropped when i saw it! Was too late to call post office..just spoke with the rep. At the post office..will be calling BBB and ANYone above the post office supervisor to get this resolved! Its not even about just THIS incident only..the post man initialed my package..no sig..initialed it.. Unfrickin believable ! Is THAT not fraud?!! If i get the run around...EVERYONE will hear about it..this is wrong ! And i feel already im getting the run around!....i will Be back! I tried to support the post office so people could keep their jobs....but no more! .

Service at this place is horrendous. I was expecting a $1k package today, and instead of a knock on the door, Im left with a note saying that I have to pick it up tomorrow. Not only that, the driver had the audacity to write that he tried to deliver it the previous day, and that today was when I could pick it up. Unfortunately I didnt look at the delivery date before going to the post office, but the desk clerk dismissed my complaint without looking at the slip, and just told me to come back tomorrow. The driver often deliver packages 1-2 dates AFTER its been marked as delivered on tracking, and the store clerk didnt even have the patience to actually look at the delivery slip to see when the delivery attempt was made. At 5:01, phones are disconnected, including the office phone as well as the supervisors phone. There appears to be no accountability or desire at all in trying to resolve customer complaints. ------------------------- If you can avoid using this post office, please do. These people are in dire need of new management.

If I could give negative stars, Id give them 100. I live in an apartment, and for some reason that has to be the most difficult thing for this post office to handle. First, we have to pay $30 for them to give us our package. It had been re-routed for two months, and when it finally got here, they never told us. Second, I ordered an iPad as a Christmas gift for my mom. It had been marked as delivered on the 31st of December. We never got it. I made three different inquiries on where my package was and they ultimately said that its been delivered since thats what the online status says. So now Im left to assume that my expensive iPad was put into the wrong mailbox and that person stole it. Im absolutely fed up with their awful service and incompetent staff; and I dont plan on using their services for packages ever again. If you have to use them, make sure your packages require a signature, or you may never see it.

I was set to receive a package today that was insured and required my signature. It was very important to me. I am at work pretty much all day so I asked my mother to be on the look out to sign for my package. She was on the front lawn at the time that the post lady was delivering the mail and watched as the mail lady signed for my package herself and just threw it in my mail box. It would have been one thing if she had knocked on my door and nobody had been home but she was standing within FEET from my mother. Im very angry because although I received my package, she had no right to sing for it herself. The sender paid for ME or someone in MY HOME to sign for that package. What if she had delivered it to the wrong house? Then, I am trying to reach someone at the post office to notify them and the phone keeps on ringing. They are in business until 5pm. This is freaking ridiculous.

I logged on today to check their hours and saw all these negative reviews. I just had to chime in. I have been an high-volume online seller for almost 8 years and deal with so many international clients as well. I am happy to say that I have never lost a package and have always been treated kindly while IN the Post Office as well ... I never feel like I am waiting too long. Sure, there may be a line and that line may take 40 minutes or so, but I also see that everyone behind the counter is working and doing exactly as they should. Some things in life take a while. Every town complains about their Post Office, but does anyone ever actually cheer them? As for my carrier ... excellent service for 13 of the 14 years here ... just recently we changed carriers and it does show. This problem was mentioned by several residents, and it quickly resolved. Back to normal again.

If I had the option of giving no stars for a rating for this post office, I would. This office has the worst service I have ever experienced. I have been waiting for my package for weeks now, and I have not received any notification after they have taken my phone number down, as well as my email. They have a separate Annex location that is hard to find (WITH NO SIGN) and they really expect people to find it. I also have issues with their representative assuming and also letting me know that my package was most likely stolen based on where I live. They need a complete revamp, or gone completely. I will most likely move again for the sole purpose of their faulty postal service, even though I have been in this city for only 6 weeks.

ive ordered books for school and needed them to be delivered promptly, but for 2 orders (possibly 2 more as im waiting for them) it was stated on my tracking they were deemed undeliverable which is not even possible since the address is saved on my computer so when i go to typing it pops up automatically and of course i checked it. when i tried calling of why one of the orders were undeliverable i was on hold forever and whoever was on the phone kept trying to hang up on me when i had questions and told me to call the next day for when the carrier who did the order would be there which is dumb b/c the package was already being sent back. im scared for these next 2 packages b/c they do not have tracking on them.

Packages are consistently being delivered to the house across the street (which does share the same street number), specifically packages that have special Sunday delivery (through Amazon). Ive event painted a bright, clearly written sign with our full street address to ensure its obvious which house is ours, but it doesnt seem to get any better. I also tried to call the number listed on Google to see what else we can do to make sure this doesnt continue to happen (I mean, come on! You have ONE job - to know where I live), but all I got was a series of odd clicks. Disappointing, since there really isnt a whole lot consumers can do in this situation.
