The service here is horrible. The last time I went in there to stand in line, there were two tellers open and one moving boxes around, behind the counter. There were a couple of gentlemen who had quick questions that waiting in line behind 12 people would be ridiculous so theyd ask the woman who was moving the boxes. Each time one of them spoke to her, shed respond very rudely and be short with them, snappily saying things like, "I dont know what youre talking about," or "that doesnt exist, you dont know what youre talking about." So the patrons waiting in line kindly helped him out since she was clearly not interested in even comprehending what he was talking about. Shed even go as far as snapping back with, "Im busy!" and "Cant you see Im trying to do something back here?!" until one of the gentlemen was so offended by her rudeness that he told her she didnt have to be such a b**** at her job and then there was an uproar by the people in line, over his language, while all the employees went about their business. They also never answer the phone. They have an answering service pick up explaining how to leave a message, but then you get the "you cannot leave a message at this time because the mail box is full" so apparently they dont listen to their messages either. Its quite frustrating. My husband put in a change of address for June 14 and still hasnt received any forwarded mail. I put mine in for June 20 and I never even received the COA confirmation letter. Its now July 9 and I still have not received the COA confirmation from the first OR second time I put in for a COA and neither of us have received any forwarded mail. Of course, I cant figure out whats going on because they refuse to answer the phone and Im just not up for waiting in line for 20 minutes to be treated like crap.

Unless you ABSOLUTELY need to go in (Such as a missed package) DONT GO. Also throw out the idea of expecting help. I went in to get a package that was not delivered, yet I and my fiancé were outside in the front ALL DAY doing yard work. They elected not to deliver mail to our street on Saturday (on the outskirts of Denton.) While outside I check tracking and it said 1 minute from the time I checked the package was attempted delivery-" business closed." 1. This is a house, not a business, and 2. No one came by. If you dont want to deliver the mail, let me know- Ill be happy to pick my stuff up at the hub, rather than scanning a package as "attempted delivery", so the company who sent it thinks your doing your job, while Im SOL. ON Monday, I went to retrieve the package, and get stamps. Im in a great mood, despite the line, and get called next, I say hello, smile, etc. The lady just gives me a scowl and bitter attitude (all the clerks were this way when I looked), whenI ask for one of the special edition stamps she says they dont have them, so I tried three other types....Shes says their all out while checking her drawer, she only has flower ones, and another kind. Yet Ironically, the clerk one over has them- but she doesnt want to be bothered and states I should just buy online. Really? This is government ran so letting their superiors know, is essentially writing a letter to them, then burning it before sending it. Ive written emails numerous times over different situations, claims affairs has yet to ever call back. AND DONT BOTHER CALLING- They never pick up.

Will not deliver my mail, for weeks now. A package that I paid one-day shipping for was refused because my address was "invalid." Its my saved Amazon address that Ive been using for the three years Ive lived in this house. Unless Im going insane, my house is still here, and Im still living in it. Somehow, they are still able to deliver ad mail that is addressed to me, but none of my actual mail. Phone doesnt work, dont even try. Called 911 on my mailman once, because he was pulled over on the side of the road behind our neighborhood, and was passed out, and I thought something was wrong as it was a hot day. Turns out he was taking a nap. Turns out this is normal. Ive seen him in the exact spot, passed out, over a dozen times since. If you actually go in to the hub (McKinney location), even when they actually understand your problem, even when they start to actually help you, somehow you still leave in the same position. Ive been to the office several times about my delivery issues. Every time they tell me they will fix it. Its been three years. They havent. Dont call the number, they dont pick up. Waste of your time and phone battery.

Ya this is stupid, I am writing a review about a government organization (oxymoron). Like they care! Like they answer the phone! They come in and do their job as slow as possible because their bosses dont care if they care. The government agency responsible for the USPS does not care either because their bosses dont care and so on and so on. The crap flows so far up hill you might as well just give up. If you think you will have customer service here, you are sadly mistaken because they dont look at you like a customer. In fact, its even worse than that. You are sadly just another person trying to get your mail. You know that the big carriers are dropping off packages there to be delivered because they feel like the USPS needs something to do. Even when they receive these packages, it takes them 2 days to get their thumbs out of their asses to even do anything about it. All I have to say is WOW! Our tax dollars are so well spent! We should be privatizing the USPS. Maybe then the government might make more money from tax revenue alone without the hassle.

DENTON POST OFFICE WORKERS ARE SCAMMERS AND THIEVES, STARTING WITH THE MANAGER. Locked my PO Box at McKinney location after I complained it was open when I came pick up the mail. They told me it was normal, maybe they mail pushed it open (???) They changed the key, and I did not have access for the box anymore. My new Social Security debit card was taken during the period ONLY THE POST OFFICE WORKERS HAD ACCESS TO IT!!! I reported them to the Social Security Administration; they sent me a new card (to my HOME address now!) but the payment for that month was gone, $1000,00, with that card. I tried to talked to the post office manager, he started yelling at me (!!!) and said I had to leave for it’s disturbing to other customers to listen to me talking. I guess he did not have much to say to cover up his scam. This was the most insane thing to happen. – Unbelievable that those people get paid from our taxes to steal from us and abuse, and there is not much you can do unless hire an attorney trying to prove that stealing peoples mail is a federal offense.

Literally the most unprofessional and incompetent post office Ive ever been to. I live in a house in the suburbs with a mail box and a massive front porch. I attempted to have a package shipped to me. It had a tracking number. Some reason the carrier deemed it unable to be delivered. It was then sent to this post office. I called the USPS office, Porscha answered. I told her my situation and asked if I could come up to the post office and claim my package the following day. Porscha said yes, they would have it for me. When I got there the next day, they could not locate my package. So The carrier supervisor said he would call me when it had been found. It has been 5 days and they have yet to find it or figure out what happen to it. So, Not only did they loose my package but they were unable to find it. My package had a tracking number yet somehow it ended up lost and unaccounted for. Sounds like someone stole it to me. Needless to say, I will never have an item ship through USPS again. I will stick to UPS from now on.
