I only use this post office because its closer than any other post office. I try to avoid actually going into the office. If the packages Im shipping arent large boxes I can just drop them in the mail slots just outside of the actual office. Theyve lost several of my packages and when you try to call them about the issue, well good luck with that. I ordered a phone case online, tracking information was provided so I could check the status of my order. My package said "delivered" 4 DAYS BEFORE I EVER RECEIVED IT. They marked my package as delivered for whatever reason and finally decided to actually deliver it. Theres an older man who works there and is not very friendly. On a couple occasions hes actually asked me whats in the package I was sending.

The service in the post office is about as bad as it gets. Talk about dealing with the government! I havent been able to open my mailbox provided by this post office in more than a week. This is a mail box provided by the post office, so I cant put my own box out, and they refuse to fix it. I used to have a PO box here, but it was closed because this office lost my payment, and then told me that I had never made it. The have also lost numerous pieces of mail sent through this office. Many of which were bills, causing me to incur late payments. When you call the office, you get transferred to another office, or you get a busy signal, and you cant get any one to talk to you.

This is a terrible location they lost my package 5 times and did not apologize. The management behavior is unethical, the black lady when she speaks, she starts to blink her eyes and roll them and get an attitude her name is Tammy, very loud and rude, very unprofessional she comes in with an attitude and talks like, well hold up what, very crazy for someone in management to speak to people, I imagine she gives her staff HELL... because every-time i address her she pops off, MF, B,, AH... i dont work for you, you work for me the consumer. Get it together!!!!!!!!!!! She doesnt need to be in that position or have a job with that mindset shes an evil one.

From Ebay sales I ship 10-15 Priority Mail packages a week. Mike is awesome! Had a terrible run in with Alicia however, very lazy on her phone, all I needed was a receipt she wouldnt even stand up while working the counter, had me doing everything for her. Then when I mentioned her working and being on her phone she got an attitude, also didnt like hearing that my services was paying for her job so she needed to respect me as a customer. She then refused to help me. Typical government worker ruining the atmosphere for everyone

Ive called 3 times, no one picks up. My package said it was left in my mailbox on Saturday. I checked tuesday amd it wasnt there. I called before and was told to put my name in the mailbox so the deliverer knows not to put any other mail in there, yet they still do. This is ridiculous. No reason not to answer the phones during business hours. Also. Idk if its this post office or what but Ive had mail stolen from my mailbox and there is clearly some tampering with my mail. SMH

Worst location Ive been to but what else is new? Its the post office. The staff are very rude including management, they never ever answer the phones, and the wait time is ridiculous. I dont know why but this is common that almost all post office locations share. Why must the staff be so rude all the time? If you dont like your job then quit and find a better one instead of being rude to the general public who did nothing to you but ask you for assistance; ITS YOUR JOB!!!

IM NOT LETING THEM OFF THE HOOCK!!! They are sitting on my item i ordered on amazon. It was to be deliverd TO MY HOUSE in spring tx 7/21/17. It has a tracking number on it has not moved sence 7/13/17, the day it arived there. I reported ther ass to the USPS people and you shuld to. I need that item to fix my old bicycle and there pissing me off. Grand Prairie tx post office needs new staff.

The workers been working their for years,all nice employees but there is one black lady thats been there Lately that wears a wrap on her head,shes a mean,mean lady,looks at all the people that go in their like they are doing something wrong,treats them mean&it hats all the time,need to get employees out of their that make customers miserable,bc they dont like their job.

Worst ran and Slowest post office ever everytime you go in to get anything its 30 minutes to an hour to get waited on and when you call no answer automatically hangs up only reason i give a star is our mailwomen is always on time everyday and loves her job and the people around here but if i was managing it almost everybody else would be coached and retrained

Had a package get "lost" here for nearly two weeks. Tracking never updating from the time DHL dropped it off. It magically made it to my home (which is 140 miles away) ASAP when I contacted the store I bought it from. Both items showed evidence of tampering. Im hoping it was just from the people I bought it from and no one here.

Our mail man runs when he wants too.all his relatives lives in our neighborhood so yesterday and today no mail he is visiting his relatives he is also a contractor..so he can delivery when ever he feels like it.per him.....he sits at the lake for hours ....heck we need our mail....this is crazy.....people need there mail

This post office is the closest one to my home and its got great service. Ive had to use the Postal Service more since I sell things over the internet and Ive never had a problem with them. It has a small-town feel when hear the attendants talking to the customers.
