I have been to post offices all over america. This by far is the worst ever post office visit in my life. The people there are rude and loud. I waited 30 min to get my mail certified. By the time I got there, the African-american lady gave me some minor paperwork to fill out, just less than a second as I received it she rudely told me to fill it out in nearby kiosk as if she was angry at me for something I did to her. A second later, she repeated and got louder and I didnt utter a single syllable. Came back to her and waited for the current customer to be done with her. She said, "Sir, please dont stand close to the customer", as I was like, "Are you for real?" and i said, "Am i in his personal space?" or something, and she said there is a chance i could see the customers account info. This is where i laughed and said how about I look up at the ceiling in the meantime. Then when my turn came up, the postal worker was finishing up and charging me, a 2nd rude African-american woman started whisper chatting to her about me in 3rd person and i was standing right before them, and she did some weird whispering talk to the first mentioned postal worker as if she was being slick and I wouldnt notice it. Every time I starred at her, she would humbly say how are you sir, how was your day crap and THEN!! continue to whisper about me. I was about to say something but i got my receipt and walked right out before i did something stupid. This felt like i was getting pranked and there was a camera on me. I dont know if they were on any type of illegal substances, but never again will I go to that post office, i rather drive 30 min to another post office and wait there longer than step in this place.

Jada Smith and Lisa (manager steve would not give me the names of the employees but a nice Asian man did) are the RUDEST, MOST OBNOXIOUS two women I have ever met. Jada and Lisa sat at the counter as three people stood in line to pick up packages. I asked for a comment card which Jada and Lisa both declined giving me even though the cards were a couple feet away from them. I asked for their names and one says "its 6 and Im leaving" the other just shrugged and walked away. If they did nothing wrong why not just give me your names? Whats even more infuriating is I pay these lazy people via taxes and they wouldnt even lift a finger but they sure know how to blow customers off completely. Who does the hiring? Maybe that person should be fired. I would suggest avoiding this usps so Lisa and Jada can have their extended all day long breaks. Get it together and hire professionals who actually care about customers. These folks are equivalent to people who spit in peoples food at a restaurants. Remember when you were able to get good service from qualified professionals at the PO? Those days are long gone, especially if they keep hiring lazy idiots. To Jada and Lisa, go back to working at McDonalds, oh wait even better, scrub toilets where you belong.

Very Rude people and bad costumer service.I went here to inquire regarding the passport application .when i enter the office there was one separate section which has closed door and there was mention "if you need any extra information regarding any thing please ring a bell" I rang bell after 3 min a blond haired lady opens the window for few sec she looked at me with an angry expression as though i have done some thing wrong by ringing a bell as though i went there to beg some thing. she asked me with a rude tone "yes what u want!" , i replied Mam i need to some information reg passport application. she said we are completely booked for rest of two month u need to come in the month of May or Mid April with harsh tone. I replied May ! .she repeated the whole sentence again they way she was saying to me as though i was asking her some favor or money . By the way her name was "Billy" some thing .come on mam if u have bad mood why did u respond to the costumer and make other day disappointing. I felt so insulting they way she gave a look and spoke to me. I just rang a bell and asked one question "mam i need info regarding passport thats it". wanted to complain regarding her behavior at the postal departed to the higher management.

Ms. Smith is a very, very rude & unprofessional person who seems like she HATES her job. I asked her a question with a yes or no answer & she yelled a cross the po from where I was at the entrance "go do bussines overtheir, we are closed!" I only asked her a question I wasnt wanting her services as to wanting her to check me out or anything I know it was already 5 min past their close time (6:05). So I was only asking if I can drop off my 5 packages outside since they were ready. I asked her again she just said something between her teeth but didnt bother to reply. Another employee just said yes you can drop them off their, which was the answer I expected from her since the first time I asked her, I wasnt sure if I could drop them off or I would have never asked this rude lady anything! She gave me the worst attitude for no reason.. I went in today again to drop one package off, I asked her about my other packages that I still havent gotten tracking no & I was concerned they could get lost or something since usually I would get an email confirmation at noon from another po. Then she replied so what do you want to know, what is your question? Again I repeated myself. & she gives you the worst look too! Deff needs better training!!

Worst post office. My husband and I moved into a newly built house over 2 months ago, and after calling this post office many times and visiting in person many times, they still refuse to deliver our mail, and return every single package that goes through them. We literally have no way to get mail delivered at our address and every time we have asked for them to correct the problem, they say they cant help us and are rude and very unsympathetic to our situation. We have been instructed to go up to the post office to physically get our mail. In what world does it make sense? Each time we go to get mail, its always a struggle back and forth, we are told they dont have anything, we tell them to look again, 20 mins later they come back with a couple letters. But, we know we arent getting everything that is being mailed to our address, and all packages get returned to sender, which is beyond frustrating. Im not sure why they wouldnt just hold them for us to come pick up. They send them back the moment they receive them. They have provided us no way to correct the problem. If I would have known this was a problem up front, we would have chosen a different community to live in.
