This USPS is ran improperly because of the way management is and the bad attitude or lack of good customer service that a USPS non management employee displays is because of the constant harassment that goes on within the USPS. I was employed at this facility as a City Carrier Assistant for approximately a month and transferred to another facility away from the Postmaster Rodney Malone due to sexual harassment and allowing certain other members of management to verbally abuse, falsify time worked and harass me. I had to endure sexual harassment, discrimination, verbal abuse, and manipulation from management and so has other former employees and some current. When the next time you go into a Post Office and the clerk or carrier seems rude, upset, or exhausted ask them how their day is going. I never would have imagined the USPS being like this but I have learned first hand. Management doesnt care and they intimidate and harass employees to run the postal service like slave labor only with acceptable wages to those that can endure the abuse.

I can not even give them review. They are not worth it. Not all of them, but some. and the passport service that like third world county, standing in line for hours. Know in countries where people wake up early morning to get drinking water which comes for couple of hours and you have to wait when it might come..They have their own policy, and I dont understand why does those African American employees has that kind of attitude. Oh, the old lady at passport department Jo Ann Williams, she has a big mouth to talk to customers and non of their management people says anything to her. as she is the senior at that place and everyone gives her respect, but at certain age when you get old , you loose mind. same with her...n she is there to give customer service..OH BOY !! God Bless America and citizens from what Right Act was that...Civil Right and Consumer Right..

People always leave bad reviews but never the good ones. Ive been going to this post office for years and have never had a problem. The people are super friendly and helpful each time. They save me money when I pick the incorrect packages to use for my deliveries by directing me to less expensive packages. Theyre funny and a lot of fun to talk to while being serviced. Sorry to those who havent had the same experience but I know theres so many of us that has had good experience. I only came to this sight because I couldnt remember if they opened at 8 or 9am and was shocked to see all the negativity about such a great place with great people.

Im not sure why this location is still open. Worst service I have ever experienced. I have given them several chances over the years, but nothing changes. In my opinion this location needs to be closed because the people who work there dont appreciate their job and they treat people as if you were bothering them. They have a horrible attitude. Its the closest post office to me, but I literally go out of my way to avoid this one location. I prefer to drive to North Irving, Grand Prairie, or Dallas to avoid being mistreated. You will ruin a good day if you visit this one location. Im not sure why it has not been investigated.

i just called up there just to check if i had a package up there waiting for me, and the man that answered was like post office. I told him i was trying to see if i had a package up there and he was like why would you have a package up here for. I tried to explain to him that i had my mail on hold and he just told me have you recieved any mail. i told him only sales papers and he was like then you got your mail. so rudely...I been here several times gotten many rude people serving me. if you are working in customer service be customer friendly. I am tired of their crap every time i been there.

Worst Service EVER! Ive never spoke with someone over the phone that had a teribble attitude He must really hate his job! If you hate your job or working with customers, GET A NEW JOB! SIMPLE! No reason to work somewhere you hate! Go be happy for once! Dont take your pathetic sorrow out on us customers, trying to pick up or ship our mail! Having a attitude with customers gets you no where! the Government needs to hire employees that have a good attitude, not ones that hate life! I Pray to god they see this review! If it were my choice, I would give NO STARS!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible. I arrived early, before it opened, in order to be the first in line for passport services (I was second in line.) They were not servicing us for an hour so I went and asked why numbers were not being called, apparently the employee "who does passports" JUST arrived to work, over an hour late! Thanks to that, I was late to work myself which could have been avoided had their employees shown up to work on time, just like big boys and girls do ALL the time - Time to grow up! Honestly, no wonder the US Postal Service is going out of business. Good riddance!

I split water on 2 books of stamps & looked up the exchange policy. It EXPLICITLY stated that I could exchange damaged stamps (it even mentioned WATER DAMAGE) - I took a print out of the OFFICIAL USPS policy with me - the manager was this NASTY, HATEFUL African-American woman that would not even ACKNOWLEDGE that I had the print out of the exchange policy. She wouldnt look at it, read it or anything! I *HATE* this branch of the post office -- rude, disrespectful & utterly incompetent!

They need to get more employees. There should always be someone on call duty and the mail men need to have the packages ready. I call to check on my packages and i get no answer multiply of times. Its really frustrating. I have had two packages that are not delivered to me until i call multiples of times and say something. They lose the packages or something but it appears when i call constantly about it.That is frustrating and not good costomer service. Things need to change.

Horrible service. We are a business located in irving and we have been here 20 years. Still to this day there will be 2-3 days sometimes weeks in a row where no mail person comes by at all. When i call the post office, and i have called atleast on 15 different occations, (which i have only been here for 1.5 years) i get told the manager is in a metting and will call me back the last time i asked to leave a message and the guy on the other line laughed at me. WORST SERVICE EVER

Can you please tell me why in the world there are only two people working on Saturday, probably the busiest time of the week? After waiting in a line that did not move for 10 minutes at 10:15 today, I decided to come back later. The line was all the way out the door and the same two people were working. If they are short on staff, why not hire more people? I personally know people who need jobs. My blood pressure rises every time I visit the Post Office on Irving Blvd.
