This PO, like most, is great when the weather is good and all you need them to do is take the mail off one truck and put it on another one and deliver it. God forbid you have to interact with them in any way, or the weather was bad anytime in the last week. Want to call? The phone is always busy. If you do get through, they put you on hold and never come back. Or you get someone who is "just filling in" and "doesnt know anything." If you have a package sorted through this office for delivery on a bad weather day, sucks for you. When they dont actually deliver your package, they wont update the tracking, because that makes them accountable in the computer. So your tracking number sits in limbo. In person, theres always a line, the place is usually dirty. The automated kiosk always seems to be out of label stickers, or stamp stickers, or both.

I literally have ever had more problems with any other company/business/person then with this specific office. My mail has been sent back 12 times that I know about for no reason (correct address and apartment number clearly labeled), k have had many pieces of mail go missing, packages send back to sender for no reason, mailmen leave the whole apartments boxes open for anyone to steal all the mail/packages, I have found outgoing mail left in the mail room floor and even in the street where the trunk was parked! Today a packed that was suppose to be delivered says "no secure place to leave- contact local richardson usps". It should be a very small package that should have no problems fitting into one of the apartments secure boxes and as I try to all to get answers no one is picking up the phone although theyre still open. Worst ever!

They are a true reflection of their leadership. Postmaster Veronica Johnson is horrendous on her treatment of her customers and employees alike. She sets the pace & the tone for the disrespectful, poor service & horrendous customer service. Simply put they could careless about customer service. They simply dont care. Those with seniority are covered by the union & the others are only temp/contract workers paid as little as $10 with no benefits. Mail may be delivered any time from 9am to until after 7pm leaving people unable to park in front of their homes all day & even after work because if your mailbox is blocked they will not deliver. You never know when they are coming Thats because they treat new employees so horribly they cant keep any. Carriers often work 7days a week with mandatory overtime daily for months on end.

Since our regular mailman left, our mail comes at all different times of the day - when it comes at all. We can go for 3 days with no mail and then have our box stuffed to overflowing on the next day. Normally if the weather is bad we will not receive mail. Our magazines are always at least 2 weeks late. When I called to ask why I was assured that ALL mail was delivered every day, but there is no set time for it to be delivered. If you have a regular driver, their route is usually set so that they are they within a couple of hours, right? Sometimes we get our mail at 9am and sometimes at 10pm. That sounds an awful lot like other drivers having to take on additional routes. VERY unhappy with this post office.

Most horrible USPS in country....!!! I dont know what they are doing in this office, but my 2 packages were gone, i dont know where, just gone.They never come to your door to give you your package and always leaves the notice in mailbox.When i tried to call them, no answer..Fine, when i went there to pick up my package,i was the only person at that time to pick up my package, still i have to wait like 25-30 mins just to sign and get my package. The most stupid staff. Sometimes, they shuffle mails even. 2-3 times my neighbor came to me to give my mail which was lying in his mailbox..!! Nothing more to say than, If you are living in 75081,75082 area code, please find alternative options to send/receive your packages.

My mother sent me a package registered mail they decided not to try to deliver it and unable to locate it after I spent an hour and a half on the phone being told that it was at this Post Office Post Office. I was then told after waiting 10 minutes at the post office that the regular driver wasnt there the temporary driver knew nothing about it and that I would just have to come back they couldnt find it. What good is it to send something registered as the postal drivers going to make a decision whether to deliver it or not and then they lose it at the post office and then say they cant find it?

The older female with blonde hair needs insensitive customer service training-- or she is simply bias to treating only select customers with dignity and respect. I absolutely dont mind waiting in long lines when it is clear that the employee is meeting each customers needs with kindness. She treated me like a lower class citizen for simply "misunderstanding" what she asked to the line of customers. Its unfortunate when people are so unsatisfied with their job that they have to bring others down with them. And even more unfortunate, I highly doubt she would ever lose her job over her behavior.

I hate this place. Ive called 5 times in 2 weeks! My apartment complex has drop off boxes,which I found out after I moved in, are not in use anymore. No problem. I called the post office and told them my situation and they said the postman will get into that one box and retrieve the mail. Two weeks later and 5 phone calls saying the same thing, the bills still sit there. I hate when someone breaks their word with me. I hope usps goes under because they lost my support.

Several people here seeking service and they have just one person working the counter. The parcel pickup is abandoned. Weve rung the bell for service every 5-8 minutes for the past 30 and we havent even gotten so much as a damned whisper. Were here during normal business hours and this is just pathetic. As an added bonus, the doors leading to/from the full service area just confuse people. The time weve been waiting, weve watched 15+ people fail to enter and/or exit.

Id give this post office zero stars if I could. This post office has lost mail, refused to answer the phone and when they do answer will put you on endless hold hoping youll hang up. They LIE on package tracking, saying packages were delivered when they werent or saying attempted delivery when I talked to the mail carrier that day and he had no packages. Ive filed complaints but have no follow up. The USPS deserves to be shut down if this is how they operate.

This is the WORST US Post office location I have ever dealt with !! This location is extremely slow to deliver, they do not deliver on time and when your expecting a package to be delivered on a certain date, it NEVER is !!! Not to mention, they will leave notices in your mailbox without even attempting to deliver it at your door and in turn leave it at the apartment leasing office right before the leasing office closes !! This location should shut down !!!!
