I would have put zero stars but that wasnt an option. My husband and I just came out of IHOP (Im five and a half months pregnant) and we were almost creamed by one of your mail delivery drivers. The number on the truck is 3303808. I tried to call to tell someone, because right after that the driver also proceeded through a stop sign without stopping, but I couldnt get through to a human being. I know the extensive backgrounds and driving history you have to pass to drive for USPS so Im shocked that someone like this is allowed to represent and drive for the United States Post Office. It is August 4, 2017 and it happened around 9:30am at IHOP. Please find out who this is and do whatever is necessary to prevent any future similar incidences. The next time, they may not be as lucky as we were to not be struck.

This has got to be the worst post office in the country!! The lady at the counter is the rudest and most inconsiderate customer service person I have ever met. She gives attitude every time I go there for no reason. This last time her coworker commented your buddy is here to her when I got in line and she said oh yeah my buddy then gave me attitude as soon as I got to the counter. Last time I called her out on her attitude and how rude she was, this time I just called her supervisor. There is no reason whatsoever a representative of one of our government agencies should act this way, totally unacceptable. Im sure they could find much better candidates for the job!!! I give this post office ZERO stars but google wont let me, have to at least hit 1 star to be able to post.

"BOB" is extremely rude!! I had packages delivered and was missing one. I looked up the tracking and it still showed out for delivery. So I called to see if they could let the postman know that he forgot a package. Bob answered the phone like this. " hi this Bob we are closed and cant help you, youll have to call back tomorrow." Then proceeded to laugh at me and then say "what do you need". I told him what was going on and he said well looks like youll have to wait til tomorrow. Bye. This was so unprofessional and ride. The post office should not be treating people this way!!

Almost all the employees are awful. Ive had multiple packages arrive at post office, just to be mailed back to the sender or disappear entirely. When Ive gone up to the Post Office to ask about them, they tell me they cant find my packages or help me any further. This is coming from the front desk employees as well as what Im assuming is the manager. The feel you get from them makes you feel like your an inconvenience and they dont care about helping you at all.

The staff at the Destin post office are too secure in their government jobs. That is the problem here. Somebody needs to clean house. Wake up USPS and see the absolutely awful reviews for staff at this facility. I am a 15 year Destin resident and the reviews are accurate. I see the attitude MOST of the staff have and it is pathetic. You are surely overpaid and you know it....it shows. I choose to be Anonymous......fear revenge here.

Always big line and I have to wait 30 min or more, only 1 person was working there after 30 min came one young man to help and he was very mean and unhelpful. I asked for small piece tape to fix my address he said I have to do alone and bring it again and I could wait other 30 min again . When I asked where is my tracking number if he can show me, he didnt. I have had never good experience with Destin post office

you all do not see what these employees go through, short staffed , long lines it gets crazy. They do the best they can with what they have to work with, The Asian woman C.J. is amazing and very knowledgeable, Very professional . Give her props when you go in and a word of kindness she deserves it they all do. Thank all of you for all you do!!

I have a PO Box and get other peoples mail. I also dont receive the mail I am suppose to get at my home. I even went to speak to the manager. He took my number and never called me back. People sent my daughter graduation cards and we never received them. I wonder where the gift cards are that were inside the cards.

I have been at this office more than 30-40 times and yes people that work there are really rude. I was thinking that this is normal for all USPS locations but after i visited the one in FWB and the one in Miramar i figured out that just the Destin branch is with the rude employees!!!

Older women of Asian decent working the counter was horrifically rude and degrading to the two customers in front of me. Told one that he "obviously dont know how to package a box" and the other that his use of duc-tape was "completely unacceptable". What is going on Destin USPS?!

Absolutely one of the worst post offices Ive ever been to across America.Obviously there is a management issue here at this post office and the postmaster general needs to make a visit to fire some of these sub humans that work there!!!

The supervisior of this "place" has no idea why he is there. Total chaos, total lack of leadership, and only excuses....It will be better if they close this location and let Miramar Beach and Fort Walton Beach locations to take over!!

Horrible service. Needed a 1 piece of packing tape to close my box and they wouldnt do it. Wanted to sell me a over priced tiny roll instead. Never have had a good experience here. I will ship fed or ups every time I can from here on!

Only visited the drop box outside but this was easy and extremely accessible from the main road in Destin. Nice area and easy to get in and out. They have a convenient (late) final pick up.
