My package said delivered. "Left on the front door". I never received my package. When I called them up, after 1/2 hour of discussion and holding and arguing, I got the reason - "The mailman delivered. He knocked on the door". Seriously at 7 am, I left for my office. Everyone was awake and you think no one can hear you. I have a mailbox why not to deliver the package properly as you do always. And guess what - no answer from them. The same answer again - "We have delivered". BUT WHERE???????? Next comes the answer - "Somebody might have stolen it". report to Police. I say you havent delivered. You kept it with you. HAPPY CHRISTMAS. MAY ALL THE THIEVES LIKE YOU GET EVERYTHING BY CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS. UPDATE: It turns out that they did delivered but THEY DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. It was so nice of the recipient to come searching for my address and give it to me. All this time USPS arrogantly kept saying WE DELIVERED TO YOUR ADDRESS. IT STOLEN. CALL THE POLICE. What are they? Mailman who doesnt know his vicinity.

Called and spoke with an employee about todays mail delivery and was told at 4:30pm that they just left with the mail and we would get it some time today. Normally we receive our mail in Sachse around 2:30pm, from our carrier. The only response I got was that there was a lot of mail today. Ive delivered mail for USPS before and I know how the system works, so I understand mail being a little late. But, when a customer calls to find out whats going on you try to help them. Not just dismiss them away telling them there was a lot of mail and itll get there sometime today. I will never publicly use this post office for any service and I suggest to everyone else to use another post office instead. Myself I use the Wylie post office and they are very hopeful and friendly.

They lost my package and have done nothing now they are trying to say it was stolen when the mailman already had admitted fault no one is helping me so I will write a bad review anywhere I can since there is nothing else I can do. Im obviously upset on the phone and Fernando and Avery supervisors I guess were in no way sympathetic. Must be nice to lose someones mail and not be held accountable sad part is unless I move I have to continue to deal with them. If you have a choice, do not do business here they lack customer service. No one follows up with you to let you know how your case is progressing. Im just done 80 dollars down the drain due to an incompetent mailman.

The customer service is poor at this location. I sell and buy cards all the time and for some reason when i get a certain size they state "there were issues delivering because you box did not have its name on it" I have taken pictures to prove that my name and address have been on it since day 1 till now. They try to over charge you or make you pay for extra stuff especially if you do not state exactly what you want/need. I go to other locations to avoid them whenever able. They have long lines and only have 1 maybe 2 people to assist you. They are rude and unorganized. Please avoid this post office at all costs.

Ive never had a problem with this local branch before but recently they changed carriers and the first time I noticed it was someone different they lost (3) of my packages which according to the delivery and confirmation number that they were delivered on Nov 12th @ 3:30PM. Everyone was home all day and we didnt get any packages that day. I called the branch 4 times and they couldnt help me said the carrier scanned and left my packages on the front porch. So someone mustve stolen the items. Ive also filed a police report and a USPS Postal Inspection report.

Got a card in the mailbox stating a letter is to be delivered and had to sign for them to leave it. When this was delivered Tuesday the mailman never come to the door (home all day) to give it to me but instead left the notice in the mailbox. Now here it is Friday and I am still waiting on the letter that was to be given to me. I sure hope it is not a time sensitive letter and if it is I hope its not expired. Ridiculous on having to wait for a piece of mail this long.

This is now the third time they have delivered my mail to the wrong address. I have tracking numbers for my packages and when it says "delivered" I expect it to be in my mailbox. However when I am driving home and see a postman, who is not my regular one, dropping mail off at 9:05pm, I already know its bad. I will have to hope that the person who accidentally received it is nice enough (again!) to come by my house and hand it to me. This is ridiculous.

My package was supposedly in Houston at 6:25am on 10/29, but somehow Garland had it Out for Delivery at 9:33am, then at 9:48am it arrived at Houston facility again! Then it took a day and a half to be transferred to North Houston, and now has departed a full day later and headed to Garland...hopefully I will get it sometime soon! From New York to Garland 5 days and counting, no wonder people use FedEx and UPS more!

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Seriously the worst post office ever. And wish yall were open longer on the weekends at least until 3. How the hell you lose some of my mail. My check since direct deposit isnt set up yet. This location needs better management/workers/retraining..something. Had so many issues I wish we could pay to switch to another post office.

Me and my sister were in the room waiting for our delivery and we didnt hear anyone knock or ring the door bell when we were present. Finally, I got up at 5:36 to check one last time for the day and I looked down and noticed a pink slip on the ground of my front porch to see that we missed the delivery at 5:21 but we werent informed that the package had arrived.

The man responsible for delivering our mail never rings the doorbell if a signature is needed. Even when someone is at home to sign for packages, the man just leaves a "sorry we missed you" note without checking to see if were here. This has happened multiple times, and frankly its very tiring. Please send your packages elsewhere if possible.

We have been complaining about the regular mail lady. Tuesday we didnt get mail at all. Wednesday she didnt leave the weekly add. Many times when Im driving to Sams, shell be parked by the apartments by steamboat. We also called and reported same issues. To this day nothing has been done about it. Should we call the media?

Just throw what does not fit in mail box on ground next to mail box....packages for anyone to pick up walking or driving down my street, normally packages are set by the front door. When calling to voice my concern a 30 to 40 min wait time to this location. No other options to leaf a message . NO SERVICE Just the norm here.

Worst experience at a post office that I have ever had. Bunch of jerks and very very unhelpful. The repeatedly just make the excuse that "Im just doing my job"... but in all reality, they really arent. I am not a confrontational person but the people who were here manage to get a rise out of me. I am never coming back.
