WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. RUDEST EMPLOYEE IVE EVER DEALTH WITH. I was supposed to have a package delivered to me on Tuesday. When I checked tracking, it said in/at mailbox. COOL. So I go to check and its not there. I go to the office on Wednesday on my lunch to see if maybe it was brought there for pick up and they just forgot to leave the slip. Nope. So then they tell me theyll ask the driver when he/she gets back and theyll call me back. No luck. So Thursday I speak to Bruce and he was good. Told me it was mis-delivered and spoke in a calm voice. I called again later in the day because again, no one called me like they said they would and a lady told me they would either call me by five or to call back in the morning. So I never got a call and just called back at 8:30 today (Friday). I get answered by the RUDEST man on the planet who wont let me speak and says that he cant call me every other hour and hes scoffing under his breath. I try to tell him that I was told to call back and he finally goes "How would I know what Bruce told you? You just told me now that they said to call back." At this point I got a little sassy back because I havent done a thing wrong. He then goes to tell me my $70 package is lost and theyll call me and that I dont need to keep calling. I get yelled at for them losing my package? Ill be filing a complaint on this employee.

My package was sent out for delivery at 9:40am on 4/15/20017. It did not arrive. This is not the first time this has happened. It would seem that the postal carrier sometimes wants to go home early and skip part of the route. I am getting sick and tired of this happening because of lazy ass people. You can come up with all the excuses you want, but if this is not resolved to my satisfaction I will make complaints up the chain of command until someone does something. I expect a personal apology from the carrier and my stuff to arrive when it is supposed too.

It seems like theyve left the phone off the hook to make it go to the busy tone immediately. I actually got a hold of lady their and explained theyre holding a package that says its delievered but its not... its in the back of their frickin shop and theyre too lazy too look around or even talk to the carriers about what happened to my package!!! So frustrating!!! Pay the extra money and ship with UPS. These people are a JOKE and whoever answers the phones there needs to be fired!! Busy tone all day? I mean come on! these people are lazy!!!

The worst post office ever. Yes, its a college town. Yes, its the only post office. But the lack of professionalism is not okay. Staff are always rude and lazy. Drivers refuse to deliver packages to apartment complexes, forcing the residents to jump through loops to get packages. Why? The postmaster didnt get along with the apartment manager. The wait times are the real evil though. I can walk in, no cars in the lot, and still be there foe twenty minutes trying to get a package they refused to deliver.

The other reviews were very bad, and I guess thats just their personal experience. I went to the USPS on McElroy and my experience was overall pretty good. The person at the desk was very nice when I had told him that my package was delivered to the wrong address, which I believe is common with Oxfords confusing streets. Thats the only reason this was four star instead of five. Service was pretty quick as I did not have to wait long to be at the desk and I was able to leave in about ten minutes.

I have been many times there and really impressed with their professionalism. Very polite, very humble. One of them is Dora, she is very very sweet, another person with glasses and one without glasses (I forgot their names), very very helpful. They guide you properly, they handle the things politely. I felt myself at home there..No words can express their good behavior. Stay blessed.

They lost my package of $180. I tried calling multiple times was put on hold. I drove to the post office and he was extremely unhelpful. I am so irritated that I lost $180 because of this post office that lost my package

0 stars. Wont answer the phone. Payed extra for shipping for books for my class I needed. Tracking wont update. Plus still havent gotten my books. Has to rank in the top 5 post offices in America

I have had so many packages go missing because of this place. Side note that just happened, called to get information on my LOST package and have been on hold for almost 20 minutes. at 9:30AM.
