Waited all day for a package then at 7:40 get a text update that said carrier didnt have access to our location. An out and out lie. I was home, gate open and porch light on. Our neighbors mail wasnt even picked up, her flag still up. They didnt even come down our street!!!! I called the Col. Gleen station, and a man told me he was trying to teach the carrier, then hung up on me. Now they are picking up and hanging up. I know its a tough job, with long hours, but that is their JOB!

These dumbasses left my package at front of my door.... and I stay in an apartment.. and now my s*** is missing and somehow is my fault for not leaving them a note saying "dont leave my package at my door".. Common Sense will tell anyone not to leave a package at the door of an apartment.. Sucks! These people need to be responsible for other peoples things.

I go there every week to mail packages. Mr. Ken and Mr. Herman are always very nice to me. I only didnt give 5 stars because they can be busy sometimes and are understaffed. But the solution to this is try not to go durring peak hours if possible. The people habe always been nice to me

I called to ask about a package that I accidentally put the wrong address on, the lady was EXTREMELY rude and not helpful at all. If I remembered the ladies name i would definitely be reporting her to her manager. Very Disappointed.
