I just moved in the area and received complaints and warnings from my neighbors regarding the Postal man delivering the mail to the incorrect address. I found that they were all correct. Ive been receiving mail from other people and I have not receiving my mail at all yet. I even had a tracking number showing it was delivered in a mailbox, but I have not yet set up a mail box, so where did it go? Why is this person still working in the area after all of these mistakes and complaints???

Terrible service. Constantly receiving mail for other residents in my neighborhood. Recently ordered an item and when I checked the tracking number, it said they attempted delivery and left a notice (no notice left!). I rescheduled a redelivery via their automated tracking/delivery line and to my surprise, never came! This lack of reliability is why the USPS is becoming more and more obsolete when people can depend on UPS or FEDEX to get their deliveries!

This is not a full service US Post Office. I drove here to mail a package on a Saturday. Google hours said 1pm. They closed at 12pm, waste of gas and time. It isnt a full service post office. You can pickup packages here (if they missed you at home), but I dont think you can do the other things a standard Post Office offers. I am not rating the USPS Office, the info on Google Maps is not good.

Terrible service. That past two days all of the neighbors mail has been delivered to the wrong address. Then today I had mail to be picked up with the flag up, and they just put the mail on top of it. Now special trip to the post office. Also called several times and the phone is constantly busy. Called the main post office and they took a message and passing it on supposedly.

I was told by USPS that this is the facility that sorts my zipcode mail. Itz been a year we moved to Frisco and till date NEVER NEVER received my package right to my address. They always deliver at different wrong addresses & I have to go door to door asking who got my package. Called their office multiple times but same thing over & over again.

Lots and lots of trouble recently. Ive been regularly receiving mail from previous residents that Ive had removed from my mail list and came back from my vacation with lots of mail from an address that wasnt even similar! Not good.

This people always bring me mail with wrong address and many of my mail is missing. i live in LARKIN DR and they delivery my mail to RANKIN DR that is only few streets from me. I am tired of this issue.

highly pathetic service...no response on phone ..its either busy or they dont pick....my packet was marked as delivered whereas it was not delivered....not sure how to complaint against these guys....

They were very nice and answered all my questions regarding our move and being in limbo until our house was built. Cannot say the same for the one off of Stonebrook.

I had a package to be picked up. The gate was closed during open hours on Saturday 2/18/2017 at 10:00 AM. Could not reach on phone as well.

Very bad service, they do not even bother to acknowledge you. I have spent 20 to 30 minutes each time to pick up mail with no line.

Tracking said out for delivery and was never delivered. Hours are set so people who work 9-5 jobs cant contact them.

It is a technical "backyard" where you can pick up your package. Staff was friendly and helpfull.
