I was the only one there, and initially selected a priority express box to place items in for shipping. I inquired about the starting cost and one of the two clerks said it can be weighed. When I was done, I approached the counter, at which time both clerks walked to the back. At first I thought they went to retrieve supplies so I waited. During my wait, they looked at me twice and continued to talk and walk out of sight. Eventually another patron entered, at which time (hearing the door), one of them came out and warmly greeted that patron, beginning to help her. I pointed out I had been there for quite some time, to which the clerk begrudgingly helped me. I did voice my displeasure to which that clerk claimed she did not see me and that they do not get a chance to take many breaks. Clearly, they did not want to assist me, perhaps because I am Asian. Since I was alone, who would be witness this? When fellow patron (who was Caucasian), arrived, the clerk pretentiously claims she and her coworker did not see me. They DID see me and blatantly ignored me. I never understood when others say they were racially profiled, until that day. I am utterly appalled and disgusted.

I live closer to the post office in Frisco, TX, however due to numerous problems I started going to this post office in McKinney. It is a very small building and easily missed, but the excellent customer service, friendliness, and knowledgeable staff are huge! I mail numerous parcels on a daily basis since I have a jewelry business in addition to being a Realtor, and efficiency and accuracy are very imperative to my continued success with customers. The employees of this location are very fast, so even if there is a bit of a line, the line always moves quickly. It is worth it to me to drive a little bit out of the way to get such great service, and once I started going to this post office, I stopped having lost and/or untrackable packages.

The one or two times I have been to this location I have had an easy, friendly experience with the man who works the front. Today I ended up in the other line a woman was working and she was very unpleasant. I ended up having to make two trips and unfortunately ended up in her line again. Once again having to experience her rude and very unfriendly customer service attitude. I will definitely be finding the second closest location hoping they have a more helpful and friendly staff!

Best post office ever! Going to this post office is like a family reunion - everyone knows everyone and when there is a line, which is not often, it is a time to visit. Lots of happiness in this location. All complaints about the US Postal System evaporate in this location. It will restore your faith in the USPS.

The majority of customers who use this satellite office are on a first name basis with a USPS employee there simply known as Carl. By far, he is the best USPS rep I have ever encountered at a post office.
