Prices are average. The staffing is sub par in terms of product knowledge. I asked for a 2TB HDD from a sales associate. I knew exactly what I needed, but somebody who doesnt know what theyre looking for wont be able to earn any new knowledge from an elderly lady. When it was my turn to check out after waiting for 5 minutes behind 2 people - because the young girl at the register was just shootin the breeze with the person at the register - the HDD that I came to purchase was locked up. Understandable. What is not understandable is why the manager, who I assume is the only person who has access to the cage, is on break and doesnt give the keys to somebody else. "Excuse me, maam, but I am in a huuuuuge rush." "(managers name) this man is in a huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge rush." She replies exaggeratedly while shaking her head in a sassy way. As if my request to get out in a timely manner is simply too much to ask for. I dont appreciate being mocked for simply asking that my experience be a normal experience. The only reason this store doesnt get a one-star from me is because the manager apologized and explained that the geographic location of the store doesnt offer any respectable people. Understanding the area, I give the young manager my respect but the store needs attention from a GM or RM. Ground-level personnels attitude and lack of knowledge is unacceptable.

This Office Depot, is so unorganized and they never have items I need in stock. The printing center is always a mess. The people working behind the counter are super slow and move extremely slow. Their paper shelves are never in order and every time I try to go print they are always out of paper. I recently went to go print and they literally had NO PAPER behind the counter. (Seems like someone didnt do their job by ordering or restocking!!!) Also, they let people use the computers for long periods of time for free and they end up holding up the line for the rest of the customers. The employees that work there are very unprofessional, rude, not friendly, and like to use their personal phones behind the counter. This one new guy that works in the print center (hes tall and has long hair) was on his cell phone while people were in line needing help. This store lacks management supervision and professional employees. This store is a complete mess! It seems like they do the minimum to get by.

They always take forever! We regularly come here to get things printed and laminated and we have to come here due to the fact that our company deals with Office Depot directly. They say something is ready and then I get there and its not or its incorrect. They take up so much of our time. And we always do online orders at that, so all we should have to do it just pick up because its paid for online. But it never works out that way.

none of the registers open. Manager sees line is backed up and doesnt help the ONE employee behind the service desk. So the people that would just like to purchase office supplies and get out quickly have to wait behind people that would like copies or fax documents. Ive been in line ten minutes. Unbelievable!!! Manager has not a care in the world.

I got a great deal on a chair at this location. However, this is one of those small locations that seems kind of dead. It has weird blue lighting, and the staff sort of seems all over the place. Im grateful that they are close by. I have no issues with the products. If not for being a simple buying experience, I would give it 3-stars.

Either the aisles are kind of small or every one was looking for ink. I moved my basket twice so others could get by. we had to ask two different people to open head phones. Customers in line were getting Frustrated because only one checker was working the front at the time.

I ordered a stamp on PM & told them I would pick up in the AM. They did not have it ready, especially after giving them a very specific time of pick up. 2 days for a stamp? Ridiculous!!!!

Worst experience ever. Customer service is so slow. 20 min to print 3 copies of paper. One person helping others employees standing around looking silly or bored. What a joke.

Plan on waiting, very slow and costumer service is not the best. Stood in line for 45 mins to have a document printed. Three supervisor was not supervisory material.

Dont ask anything too advanced in the faxing and printing area, and bring all material on a usb stick for printing.
