Im in Plano for work (from Portland) and needed to send some files overnight for work. I stopped by the Pack and Mail Shoppe because they had the shipping covered and also had a notary available so I could sign all of the paperwork on the spot. I guess having shipping and notary at the mail store isnt that remarkable, but the reason Im posting today is that I was really pleasantly surprised to find that they also have a ton of gifts that you can buy. I never would have expected to find such high quality, Texas made, gifts. I was able to pick a Texas Tornado hot sauce and it saved me another stop since I was planning to get a gift after I did my mail stop. Oh, and it is also worth mentioning that the staff at the store is amazing. They are very knowledgeable about shipping and they helped me pick out the perfect gift for my friend. I highly recommend stopping by whenever you need to FedEx or UPS something!

Well run organization! Ever since I moved to the area (4 years) Ive been a customer. Yes, the owner as well as her employees are always helpful, patient and genuinely concerned that they meet your packaging and shipping requirements. Often times Ive simply dropped off items (already prepared) to go on Fedex, UPS or US Postal service. No worries. And as another reviewer commented, they have some cute, thoughtful, and/or utilitarian gifts to buy and then ship right there! (BTW - personal service at its best - the shop owner knows me by name - although Ive been know to forget hers often!) Finally, they are great with international shipping as well.

Very good service. I went to this store this morning to send back some merchandise via UPS. I no longer had the original box; just a return label. Ive never been here, but it was close by so I decided to try it out. The young guy at the counter (I neglected to get his name) greeted me as soon as I stepped in the store and took care of the rest. I was walking out the store with a tracking number in a matter of minutes. Ill go back here with any shipping needs in the future. Thanks P&M!

I am always amazed at the friendly service every time I visit the shoppe. They make my shipping needs so easy and fast. I especially love the gift items I can purchase. The gift wrapping offered takes the stress out of my holiday season. The store is clean and well organized which makes me feel secure when I am shipping something special to a family member. I know it will be done with care. I highly recommend visiting the store for all your shipping needs and more.

Ive been using this shop for several years at least once a month to mail oversized envelopes, ship things via UPS and occasionally FedEx something. The people here are so friendly, helpful and efficient that I just rented a mailbox that I dont really need to show my gratitude since Im sure they only make a pittance for the work they do for me. Thats how much I like the Pack and Mail Shoppe.

I will forever recommend this place, such an amazing experience. I was in route to a baby shower and in need of a few pieces to complete my gift. I phoned ahead and they stayed open later for me to obtain what was needed as well as wrap all of my items for the complete gift set. Forever grateful and impressed! Must see and got to gift shop :)
