I sent a package that was time sensitive and due by 10:30am. Sending it on a Tuesday it was to be delivered by 10:30am on Thursday. Not only did the package NOT get delivered on Thursday but I received one excuse after another. Each time I called FedEx I was told that the package was delayed in Memphis due to weather. Okay, I could accept that EXCEPT the package was already in Lancaster on Wednesday with a status of "Not due for Delivery." No problem, right? Well, since its already in Lancaster and only about 15 minutes from the destination to be delivered it should have still been delivered by 10:30 on Thursday, right? In a perfect world, sure but, that sadly does not exist at this location. I called FedEx several times. On one of the calls they attempted to tell me that they had attempted delivery (5:46pm) but, that was a lie! How do I know? Because the person it was being delivered to was home all day and I was in communication with them. The driver didnt knock, didnt ring the bell and didnt leave a slip! Sad, but it gets worse! So someone finally calls me back and I tell them to call my GF (the recipient) of the package and they do. They tell her its the Lancaster FedEx and dont give her the address. They tell her bring your ID and be here before we close. She goes to the location (thank you Google) and the CSRs are rude to her. They belittled her and were dismissive all in the name of "Multitasking." If Multitasking is how you spell RUDE then she fit the bill. My GF was asked for a door number (which she did not have) and when she attempted to show her ID and give her the tracking number the woman gave her a look and refused to touch the ID or even look at it like my GF was a leper or something. The staff were rude and in a Customer Service position that is unacceptable. I for one will not ever send anything FedEx if I know it will be delivered from this location.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHY DO I HAVE TO GIVE A STAR??? WHY??? I WAS SUPPOSE TO GET MY PACKAGE JANUARY 19, 2017, TODAY IS FEBRUARY 7, 2017. A HAD TO BE ILLITERATE DRIVER, DELIVERED MY PACKAGE TO THE AMAZON... LIKE REALLY.... MY ADDRESS WAS ON THE PACKAGE. HOW COULD IT BE POSSIBLE!!! THEY ARE NOT KEEPING IN TOUCH WITH ME AND SAYS, THERE IS NOTHING THAT THEY CAN DO, BECAUSE AMAZON HAS TO FIND THE PACKAGE!!! THEN TODAY, A LADY NAME DEBBIE HANGS UP IN MY FACE. THEN ACT LIKE ITS MY FAULT WHEN I CALL. IVE ASKED TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER OVER AND OVER AGAIN. I WILL GIVE A REVIEW EVERY SINGLE TIME, I SPEAK WITH AN ASSOCIATE OF FEDEX LOCATED IN LANCASTER, TEXAS, BASED UPON MY PHONE CALL, UNTIL I HAVE MY PACKAGE.

I drove 14.5 miles at 7pm to pickup a package that was not delivered as it needed a signature. The person behind the desk said that she could not give me my package because I could not supply something proving I lived at the address. I have homes in another state as well. I did have the door tag. And ID that showed my wife and l names were on package. So how could I have a door tag, ID to match shipping recipient and photo ID? I have Oregon drivers licence showing a different address. A manager was told but ignored me. Clerk said manager needed to approve but was not in any hurry to help. Verizon recieved phone back. People In South Dallas cannot perform a simple task

Terrible Service. I have been expecting a package. While mowing around the house I noticed a FedEX sticker on one of the 5 Doors to enter my home. Unfortunately it was a door no-one ever uses. This is ridiculous. They should have called my cell phone which like all other people in the US was on me. Problem solved. Instead the driver come back 3 different days putting a different sticker on that same door. The ticket reads that I need to drive 67 miles one way to there office. I am always home being retired. Come on FEDEx cell phones are faster then driving 67 miles 3 times to deliver a pkg.

Driver do not knock on the door. They dont ring doorbell. They just put a sticky on the door and your not able to pick up package tell late. paying for delivery service without the service. Customer service is not helpful. There is no direct contact to the office. Was told that the driver dont have to knock nor anything else it is up to them. It is very important for everyone to understand the difference between using UPS, USPS & FED EX..... way your options. If possible to make FED EX YOUR LAST OPTION. This will be posted on social media!!!!!

my only experience with this hub is the drivers, truck number 314271 on march 28 app 2:10 pm this gtruck was doing an extreme high rate of speed down my residential street. so much over speed limit he almost bounced the van off the road at a hump in our street and into the ditch . then got out to talk to another driver wich truck number i didnt get and yell and act crazy in the middle of the street for at least 10 minutes until they both drove off like it was a race down the street.

This place sucks. I needed to ship a package and had a pretty paid label that needed to scanned. They claimed they were unable to scan and directed me to a kinkos 20 minutes away. A fedex shipping center that cant scan fed ex labels??
