I have never received such poor service from one place and by multiple people mind you in just a matter of three days. I was to receive a package as a re delivery on Tuesday assured it would arrive as they attempted to deliver to a business on a Saturday evening which is not normal protocol. Our hours of operation are noted on the door to have allowed proper communication and clearly states we were closed Monday and what do you know they attempted to deliver Monday then sent back to the post office, spoke to them 1st thing Tuesday morning and was assured would arrive that day we were here until 6:15pm. I called 1st thing Wed morning and was told the person I spoke to the day before gave me in accurate information I will say she was at least nice, I was assured it would be re delivered the following day(Thur) reviewed business hours and even provided a confirmation number. You can probably guess that it did not arrive Thursday, so again wait on hold for another 26 minutes provide the confirmation number of the re delivery and told they could not deliver it because we had not verified who the package was addressed to? I have now three times given my name, company name and address with original tracking number so this is just a BS excuse as to why they once again have failed to do their job. I asked to speak to a manager and he then answered and claimed he could here me but I actually could not hear him. I am an office manager myself I am fully aware he had my information for delivery pulled up prior to accepting my call and of course he did not call me back. I call back after now 45 minutes of anticipating a call back as any decent and responsible manager would do and of course now it tells me it cannot locate my package. URGH no wonder the post office is going under and technology is taking over. I am all for keep people employed but if you dont know how to do your job, then find another one.

Going to this USPS location is a ZERO star experience. There is a total chaos there and people are as rude as it gets. There is a clearly marked line to wait for the 2 clowns but it was empty when I arrived. Instead, about 10 people were queued waiting for something which might have been the clowns but also some kind of window service where one needs to ring a bell. Not clear who was waiting for what. After about 10 minutes in the queue, other people started to arrive and got into the marked line which was empty. The 2 clowns started to process them completely ignoring the existing queue. Even worse, the 3rd clown from across the room also took one from the marked line if (anybody) once every 10 minutes, while busy doing nothing otherwise. When I go in the marked line bypassing the adhoc line like 5 or more people did before, one of the 2 clowns tells me that I need to move in the other queue. Annoyed, Ive got back to the other queue. 5 minutes later, other people came into the marked line and were processed immediately. Ive got back to the marked queue behind a person there. The person gets processed and when its my turn, the clown tells me to go back to the other adhoc queue. What kind of service is this? Some people come and go, others wait just because the little old Asian lady thinks she is the queen. If she had just invented some clever mechanism to process people faster, it should be documented or at least explained. You cannot just treat people like garbage while allowing a significant number of people w/o any emergencies to pass by. Not only that nothing is explained even its against the markings in the location, but the clowns are extremely rude at all times. You literally feel that they want to slap your face as soon as you enter the location. The clowns should try to get a job on the free market.

The mail person never actually attempts to deliver packages to me. I always request text message updates for when my packages are out for delivery and have been delivered. I also electronically sign for packages on the USPS website and specifically request that they be left on my doorstep if I am not home. Every single time, without fail, I get a message that there was an attempted delivery, but no place to leave the package and nobody home. This is despite the fact that I am almost always home the delivery day and that there is never even a knock on the door. Not only that, but the delivery attempt notice is always left in my mailbox (across the apartment complex) and not on my door, which is just further proof that they did not even go to my door. Going to pick up my package is just as much of a hassle. I understand the restrictive hours, as USPS is government-run, so having to go during my lunch break is just an unfortunate side effect. The real problem, though, is that there is usually a 50% chance that they wont be able to find my package when I go to pick it up and I have to try multiple days before they find it. (And theyll never call you when they find it, even if they claim they will.) The one beacon of hope Ive seen from this particular post office is one really nice employee who was working one Saturday. Unfortunately, I have forgotten her name, but she is the only employee Ive encountered there who seemed like they actually cared about helping people.

I actually want to give this place 0 star. Absolutely horrible customer service! I had a package sent to me from Canada and it was supposed to be delivered to me on November 23. I have waited for 3 days before I called customer service. The customer service representative put an investigation request for my package and told me that someone would call me within 48 hours. Later I happened to be in the area and decided to stop by and ask about my package at this location. I got yelled at by this supposed-to-be investigator of my case. I told her that I decided to stop by just in case my package was here. She yelled at me for showing up and not giving her an opportunity to do her job. I was like it has been 3 days since the last update. It was my package. It was my stuff that somehow got lost. I have every right to be concerned about it. There was no reason for this lady to yell at me. She was absolutely horrible at customer service. At this point, Im sure my package was lost. I will never ever go to this place again.

The woman answering the phones was the rudest woman Ive ever encountered. It took me 2 hours to even get someone on the phone and was then treated as if she was too busy to be bothered with me and then put me on hold to help another customer. I hung up and called corporate who gave me another number to call and ask for a manager. I was then told they there werent available and they would take a message to have her call me back. When I started explaining my horrible experience it turned out to be the same woman who had answered the phone before!! She turned the whole situation on me saying that I was lying and that she is the one who is offended and upset. I will NEVER use USPS again. That woman should be fired and their customer service should be taught how to handle complaints better than just sending the person back to the post office they were calling to complain about in the first place.
