Ive been a customer of U-Mail It for many years and have been extremely happy with the service that Bennie gives his customers. Yes, he adds a mark up on postage/shipping but his knowledge, attention to detail and personal service are worth every penny. I never have to fill in labels or forms, everything he does is electronic and the next I time I ship to that person, the address is already in his system ready to go. Contrary to the first review, this is not a Scam Place. If you didnt like the cost of shipping you are free to go elsewhere and find a better price or wait in line at the Post Office.

This store is not a post office. It is "upload" place to a local post office. They usually charge 200% of "upload" charges. Ripoff! I paid $21.65 to shipping a small box through this store. I was under the impression that the postage was $21.65. When my cousin received the box, the postage on the box was only $6.85. This is a SCAM PLACE!!!!

I went in on Sat to shred some junk mail and to ship out an ice maker for repair. All I did was hand it to Greg and he took care of the rest. Packaged, boxed, protected and ready to ship - it was pain free - so much better than waiting in line at the post office!

I was just in mailing a package and heard the owner explain to a customer that he didnt carry Harry Potter stamps, but he then proceeded to offer to get them for her the next time he was at the post office...thats service!

I was really glad to find this place because I havent seen any FedEx/UPS drop boxes in Plano. They accept UPS & FedEx packages here, and helped me get a bunch of Amazon returns out. Very friendly & helpful!
