Horrible experience. I spoke with 5 agents, and was cut off twice from the machine and the process to quickly pick up the package never happened. FedEx needed to route my package to me after 45 minutes of customer Service fail.

Dropped my package on Saturday 11/21 at 5220 S State Hwy 360, Grand Prairie Texas, just checked the tracking number and the package is still in the locker after almost a week. Horrible service (FedEx Ship&Get lockers)
