Horrible customer service. I read these reviews and this same employee is mentioned over and over. Why is she still behind the counter representing this company? Sonya Caswell. Sadly, I worked at this FedEx station back when it was the best station in the Metroplex to work for. My complaint is 3-fold. My daughter was waiting on a package to come in that she needed to take with her on Spring Break. On the night before she was to leave, a door tag appeared on our door saying this was the third and final attempt. It was three door tags all stuck to each other, except this was the first time we had seen any door tag at all. This is complaint No1. We then tried to call the 800 number to make sure the package was held at the location and not sent back. The phone was answered by a heavy accent who said the system was down and he could see no record of the shipment at all. Really? My daughter asked if he could contact the plano station to tell them not to return the package but said he could not help with the system down. Complaint no2. While she was on the phone with the 800 number I put her in the car to go physically to the Plano station to try to get the package. By the time we got to the Plano station, she was still on the phone with the 800 number but had not been helped at all. We went into the station and two service agents, if you could really call them that, were at the counter. It was painfully obvious that they were not happy that we were there a few minutes before they closed. We handed the door tag to Sonya. She was not happy, told us the system was down. Im not sure how that stops her from retrieving a package from the office area, but it was clear we were a great inconvenience to her. She was angry. She was rude. She was personally embarrassing to me. I once worked at DNE as a courier. My ex husband was the senior manager at GVT. I spent two years at the Dallas Call Center handling customer service calls. I spent another 9 years at the SWI station. I know what kind of treatment you should expect from this company, but on this night, I was disappointed and embarrassed to have ever been a part of it. Stanley Couch, senior manager, do something about this horrible employee!! If you cant get rid of her then at least get her away from the paying customers.

Worst customer service. Sonya, employee# 154518, has the worst attitude ever. She stands there and literally shakes her head at customers if theyre not just dropping off and need a receipt as if that extra work is bothering her. I asked to take a picture of the label because FedEx has lost a couple of packages in the past, and she says to me with a look of disgust, "why you have the tracking number and the receipt." Well, Sonya, you never had me verify the label you made, did ya? So, I took the picture and left. As I was driving I decided to look at the picture and sure enough she had typed in the wrong freakn address. I had to drive back through traffic to go back to this location where I was greeted once again by an annoyed Sonya who asks whats wrong with my box. I proceeded to tell her that I looked at the picture I took and that the label she made has the wrong address on it. Sonya then has the audacity to give me even more attitude and say, "so whatchu wanna do?" I asked for my damn box back because I am not trusting this lady with anything. Whats wrong with people these days and the lack of customer service??? Its a privilege to be working in this country, but there are so many people taking their jobs for granted as if theyre doing the customers a favor. If you dont like doing job and doing it correctly...please quit and go find something you actually want to be doing. Youll be happier and customers will receive a better experience working with someone with a smile on their face.

Horrible!!!! I had a tracking sheet left asking for signature. Signed paper and left on door. Next day received a call about delivery of the package, reminded them they left sheet & I signed. no package when I got home. Called local fed ex company in Plano this morning. Said package left...no package, but slip still there - did they even make the attempt or just document delivered? Customer service rep was difficult to understand, barely got through the conversation. Inquired about 2 other packages I ordered for Christmas requesting express delivery (for which I paid a fortune), he tells me that they were returned to the shipper after delivery attempt. No attempts made as no notices left at my door, no emails, no phone calls. Are you kidding me!!!!! Now have to try and call company the were returned to, all with the expectation that I am out expedited delivery fee & wont have them for my daugther on Christmas.

Not much to say other than the people working there are friendly and seem to be hard-working, and usually provide a quick in and out experience unless its super busy. Parking is a hassle in the super small lot. But its not a big place to begin with. Removing a star for posting a 30.06 sign preventing the legal carry of concealed firearms, although Im sure some folks would ADD a star for that. Anything that makes it more difficult for me to defend myself legally is bad in my books, just my opinion.

This location barely qualifies as a ship center. I have packages regularly delayed and when a special note is given to deliver a package at a certain time, I am told it is up to the drivers discretion to follow them? Then I am also told there is no way to contact the driver? What kind of accountability is this? The driver can just roam about doing whatever they want without instruction? How is this any way to run a logistics business?

Most staff was nice. However There was one lady who finished my shipment and spoke to me like she was being bothered and snapped at me every time I had a question. She spoke that way to every customer she helped. I work in retail and that behavior is unacceptable. No excuse. We are giving you business so treat us like guests and not like a burden. Thats why you are getting paid!

Went in on a slow day to retrieve a large package thats rather heavy. Staff went to the back room and brought it out to the front desk on a hand truck. Told me to bring the hand truck before disappearing into the back room again. Three stars for being an average FedEx. One star off for not offering to help get the package in my vehicle.

Its a great spot if u just need to drop off a pre-labeled package real quick. But there is very limited parking and they can be tough to get into if you have a full size vehicle.

Ive never had any problems here - but cant say that it has been exceptional either. Ive been able to do or get what I needed - but generally only go there when I have to.
