Pretty Standard, Reliable Service. This place is across the street from me, and Ive had no trouble. The standard mailbox I have is small, like only letters only, but I use it only for the address. Occasionally I get big box, and they will keep it there for me and send a text message to pick up. You can also drop mail off there, but I never do. My only qualm is that you have to spend a certain amount to use your credit card...which I understand with the processing fees and all.

Do not ship any packages through them. They over inflated my Fed Ex shipping costs by more than 200 percent so I decided not to use them. They also wanted to charge me $50.00 to pack my item. Yes it was very large but I found a box at Boxes4U and packed it myself for $15.00. They were nice but trying to rip me off in a big way.

Kind and attentive staff, the owner is often there and very nice. Amazing that they can remember your box number when you walk in the door. Love that they text you when you have a package to pick up. We keep renewing and appreciate that we have a secure place for our mail.

I needed a mailbox while in Plano and they were not only reliable, but went out of their way to make sure I got my packages while traveling. Sometimes I cant even keep up with myself, so I was really impressed.
