Oh man, alright my time to share a story. /Cracks knuckles/ shippers usually dont have a problem with my address. (we usually use UPS) and I live in a duplex, not that hard, basically two houses side my side. AND you can see our place from the street. so everything is going good, fast, fine. no problems until it gets to hutchins. my package got there by 1:33am, and was already on the truck, and going to be delivered that day. The weather is fine, just cloudy, nothing wrong. I wait all day because this package requires an indirect signature. By 9pm ish I check whats up, says an exception was made because of weather, that they didnt even ATTEMPT to deliver. Im like alright, its raining by 9:30pm but still??? keep in mind it shipped Nov 28th from California and arrived in hutchins Dec 1st. pretty fast, considering I paid for 1-5 day shipping ($15) but no hutchins doesnt even want to ATTEMPT to deliver. its now Dec 3rd, saying exception: incorrect address I double check my order. Yup its right. I check google maps. they can find me too I call, and someone with what I believe a Jamaican accent helps me. She was nice but I had to ask her repeat multiple times, she didnt seem bothered and wanted to help so this star is for her and not hutchins. id give hutchins 0 stars if I could. Thanks for wasting my money with saying EXCEPTION now itll arrive Tuesday Dec 6th. or so the nice lady said. Lets see what happens

Says my package was attempted to be delivered, but I took off work today and never heard anyone come to the door. I even created a FedEx account a couple of days before and put down for shipping instructions that if no one is home, leave my packages at the apartments front office. I saw a note on my shipping today that said I was not home and my office was closed. I called up to my front office and the manager said they had been in there all day and saw fedex drive in and back out and never stopped to leave anything at the front office. Its complete BS that they are too damn lazy to just get out of the vehicle and walk 30 to drop off additional packages. Im going on a business trip tomorrow and needed that package and now I do not have it. I would give them 0 stars, but the customer service representative I spoke with was very sweet and understanding and told me that she would tell the Hutchins office to give me a call and let me know if the driver could come back or not that night before my departure to re-deliver my package. Did I ever get a call though? Hell no. Worthless if you ask me. You have a job, and it times Im sure its very difficult, but guess what? Thats what YOU signed up for. So do YOUR damn job.

I received notice that I had a package scheduled for delivery on Saturday Nov 12 between approx. 1pm-4:55pm. This package required a signature. I rearranged my day in order to be home the entire day. NEVER leaving... Garage door open, Windows open, two dogs that bark (at everything) in my house. At 4:32, the driver notes that no one was home to sign for package (per tracking information). THIS IS A LIE! This driver NEVER came to my house! I know this because I was here and its also amazing that there was no door tag left either! As a result I get to be inconvenienced and make other arrangements in order to get my package... ALL because of a lazy incompetent driver! I will say that Mary from the Bristol Advocate Team was kind and did all that she could under the circumstance. I have asked for this drivers supervisor to contact me, lets see if this happens or not!

This is a honest review from someone that worked here.. I worked here from November all the way through March 30th .. I waited until I was out of this place 2 review its very clean and the majority of people that work here are very nice the managers do as much as they can most of them .. my co-workers the package handlers are hard workers but a good quarter of them are some serious slackers and I know that weighs on the ones that do work .. do yourself a favor if youre a slacker dont come here youre just going to make it harder on everybody else that does work hard I wish I would have came here when I was in my early twenties its one of reason I put my 2 week notice it was taking a toll on my body but I wouldnt mind coming back they got me in shape I just needed a break.. the pays weekly thats always good

Straight trash. I look at my shipment tracking and it shows package has been delivered. Except I have camera on my front door and can prove no shipment was made. While at first I thought this may have just been a data error I continue to wait only for the package to never show. Upon further researching this specific Fedex in Hutchins that my package shipped from I find that this is a very common issue and nothing has officially been done to correct this obvious branch issue. Now I am forced waiting an extra 5 days just so that I can likely get a call and they tell me my package is lost. Wish people would stop using FedEx all together. Seems to be the company that I always have the most issues with, but this situation has topped them all. Give me my damn package!!!

Package was supposedly been delivered to my door. There was a door tag left, but didnt have anything filled out on it. No packages were left on my porch either. Called them to find out why it said the packages were delivered but there were no packages left. All they said was I had to wait 2 days so they can ask the driver where he/she put the packages. I was told to call the shipper and inform them of the incident if they(FedEx) did not find my merchandise. Shipper stated that if FedEx didnt find my package, I would need to file a claim so that I could get a replacement or a refund. FedEx has really pissed me off with this one...I will be waiting 2 days and calling back to see what the results are. Im pretty sure its going to be a bunch of B.S

FED EX HUTCHINS TERMINAL PHONE NUMBER IS 469- 941- 3539. Horrible customer service. Kevin the mgr of whatever made up dept I was transferred to gave me the unlisted phone number to the Hutchins location. I sat around all day waiting for my package and I got an email about 7 pm stating that I missed my delivery. Bullshit I sat here all day. When I called the FedEx office it was a clusterfuck of poorly spoken English customer service reps. They couldnt tell me anything, do anything except for sending an email to the distribution center in Hutchins. Im posting the number to the terminal so other people can call ! FED EX HUTCHINS TERMINAL NUMBER IS 469 941 3539. I hate fed ex. Always demand U.P.S. Never had a problem.

Never thought FedEx could be this irresponsible, insensitive and crap. My parcel arrived at Hutchins, TX at 3:00AM of Friday Sept 25 and loaded on a delivery truck scheduled for delivery same day. Waited whole day, no show, no excuse, no courtesy! Delivery was re-scheduled for Monday Sept 28th. Waited whole day and tracked delivery status whole day only to read at about 8:30 PM that there was an EXCEPTION-No Attempt Made. Delivery re-scheduled again for next day! The parcel contains car parts urgently needed to fix my car. The car is sitting i9n the workshop crippling me to the core. This will be the last time I will ever talk of FedEx. They are just hopeless, uncaring and wicked. I can only score them ZERO!
