If you guys are planning to ship anything from these guys please stay away from this place. They overcharge! Went by on a Wednesday to ship a small package that was about three pounds and wanted it to be there on a Saturday. "I was told" it would be there on Saturday. Come Monday, I found out the package just got there and is out for delivery. I did not know there wasnt any ground shipping for UPS on Saturdays until I spoke with UPS. Another thing, I took the info Mr. Parcel placed on my receipt and placed it on the UPS website and turns out there was almost a $10 difference for two day shipping (delivered Friday) if i wouldve went with UPS oppose to Mr.Parcel. I brought up the overcharge up to Mr. Parcel and the person working there stated that they are retail and other places just have different prices..(you think?!) I have used these guys in the past a few times but this time around I paid more attention what these guys charge and made me wonder if I was overcharge the last few times I used them. This will be the last time I use these guys. You all are better off just going to the UPS store to get a better rate. The staff is nice but these guys overcharge. STAY AWAY!

I was in need to ship some Christmas gifts to Ohio and went to Mr Parcel at 101 N Greenville Ave # C Allen, TX 75002 near my house and was shocked to see that they had locked the doors early on 12/14/10. The people inside saw me with my hands full and made no offer to open the doors or even make eye contact with me. The customers that were inside came out when I was reloading my car and said that it was also odd. This blows my mind as my sister has a shop like this in Ft. Worth and she expanded her hours and helps to the last person is finshed. This is her busy time. I do want to thank The UPS Store at 906 W McDERMOTT DR #116 ALLEN, TX 75013 for hellping me out. They have expanded hours on the door providing timely services in this shipping season. They will get my future shipping dollars.

I love Mr. Parcel, and especially the owners Carla and Michael. Ive been a mailbox customer at Mr. Parcel for 4 years now and every time I come in to pick up my mail I am greeted with the warmest greeting by Michael. He really knows how to cheer a person up, even if it is something as small as when he says hi. I also ship packages with Mr. Parcel on a regular basis. Mr. Parcel also makes sure I am sending my package in the most efficient manner with delivery date and cost in mind. I really support this locally owned Allen staple. Mr. Parcel has been in Allen more than 15 years and I hope I can continue to support them for another 15 years. P.S. My kids love the free candy Mr. Parcel gives out.

I use UPS all the time. This store is located nearest to my house. I just use this store as a drop off location. The owner and his wife are extremely rude every time I go in there. The owner yelled at my 2 year old (which was not out of control) and made her cry. I went in a second time and he was so rude to me and demanded to know what specifically i was shipping. it is none of his business. i respect the laws on what is permissable to ship and not to ship. i was just using this as a drop off and nothing else and have had nothing but horrible experiences. I grabbed my boxes and left. he is horrible.

I have used Mr. Parcel many times each time the service is excellent great staff with great service. Recently I got laid off from my job and Michael/Sue went out of there way to help me. Michael is always very helpful and gives excellent service. Sue is very caring and very nice and helpful lady. Sue/Michael both not only ship my package but did not charge me for it. Sue also provided me tips on what to do and how to try to handle my lay off situation. They went out of there way to go above and beyond to help me. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. THEY ARE AWALYS GREAT AND HELPFUL!!

I had Mr Parcel ship a birthday gift for my mother with $500 insurance in SEPT 2013. The carrier demolished the gift - to the point that it wasnt even delivered. I have tried since that time to get the insurance claim following all their demands and as of JUN 2014 still no reimbursement. I will NEVER ship anything from this place again. From what the carrier stated - it is up to Mr Parcel to cut me the check and then they reimburse Mr Parcel. THAT is customer service.. what I have had to deal with is NOT.

They do everything and have good service. The problem they are ALWAYS much more expensive that other places - without fail. I suggest in looking for other local postal providers, and compare prices. I can guarantee they will be the most expensive (at least form what I have researched). For example, I Fed-Ex overnightd a simple letter. They charged $6 more than another local provider(30% higher). It adds up. This is only one recent example, there are many others.

Im sorry that this person felt as though she was singled out. But as a responsible shipper the store is obligated to ask what is inside their box. Many people do not know that they can not ship perfume, or alcohol. We all want to keep our carriers safe and UPS and FedEx are very strict on their rules. Since 911 everyone is extra cautious and the owners of Mr. Parcel are trying only to be very diligent. Most people leave satisfied and happy.

As a entrepreneur I was wanting to establish a professional address for my new company. The staff at Mr. Parcel made it all possible with all the services that I needed. Not only were they able to provide a private mailbox (with 24 hour access) but handle all my shipping, FAX, copier and even notary services. And with their location central located in East Allen it makes it very convenient to stop by as I go between appointments.

I have used Mr Parcel many times over the past 3-4 years and love the friendly customer service. It beats waiting in line at the post office. The owner Michael knew my name by my 3rd visit and hasnt forgotten it since then. I was away for about 1 year and when I came back he immediately recognized me and called me by name. I will continue to use Mr Parcel and encourage everyone else to do so as well.

This is the worst place to do business with!!!! the owner Michael is very very very RUDE. Hes so greedy about money and doesnt care what customers want, the rest of the staff is friendly but the owner makes that place like hell. Ill never go back there again unless someone else buys the business...i just cant stand the owner and his lack of customer service.

I needed to mail a package and get a document notarized and hit their front door a 3:01 (closes at 3 on Saturday). Mike did not hesitate to ship my package and notarize my document. This company is the perfect example of excellent customer service.
