As stupid as this sounds, I thought that shipping FedEx packages here would be the same as going to a FedEx store - as far as price is concerned. Well, it was a rude awakening when I found out how much more mark up there was shipping things here. What happened is that I sold this item on ebay, I happened to have two of it, and shipped it via FedEx Ground to two individuals in practically the same area, long story, short, I went here and paid more than double for the same stuff, same package, same weight, same form of shipping. While talking to the FedEx store, the lady basically gave me a "duh" they are a indirect store, so they need to mark it up to make money, whereas, we are a direct location, so you save on the mark up. I mean, I should have known better, and Im not sure why I didnt even think about it. Other than that, previously they had another lady that would call me whenever I had mail and packages to pick up from the rental box that I have there, but now they have someone else, who, yeah, I no longer get that kind of service [which I think it was more of an above and beyond type of service from the prior attendant]. I guess, I would still go here whenever its convenient, but I would rather drive a mile down to save $ when it comes to shipping stuff.

I wish there was an option to give this place ZERO stars... It does not deserve any stars. The majority of the workers there are very rude. My mother had a bad experience as well. When she was there, there was an older man that was working there who had a bad mouth and kept on talking down on a fellow co-worker using expletives. Also, that older man doesnt really talk kindly to the customers... he just points which I find absolutely RUDE. I really do hope they change something or if not... this please needs to go out of business. PRONTO! Everyone just go to FedEx.. its really worth that extra mile.

I tried this place for the first time this morning after having an awful experience at the post office minutes before. The older gentleman who assisted me treated me just fine and my transaction took minutes. I was not pleased about the price though, however I needed to get my package sent. I might come back for future shipping needs, but Im going to do some price shopping in the area as well. $12 for Media Mail is a bit absurd, but so is abhorrent treatment from the people at the post office.

Terrible customer service. On multiple occasions i have shipped things with just the address and no name through the regular post office. However today I went to eagle postal....Big Mistake!!!They were very rude and pretty much refused to ship it without a name on it. I hope they go out of business very very soon

Worst experience ever! Ive gone there a couple times thinking it was a fluke but they have older people working there who are rude and apparently hate their jobs. Not only do they speak down to you but provide horrible customer service. Never again.

I guess most people dont write a review unless theyre angry. Ive used this place several times and have had nothing but positive experiences. I think its important to understand what theyre there for and what they arent.

10am to 3 pm Saturday. NOT. Tiny sign on door ,"open 1130 -Sat.". Screws entire time table . If you have a choice go any where else.
