Absolute garbage. I drove from Plano late this afternoon and called ahead, to let them know I would be there right at 5:55 - 6pm when they closed to grab 5-6 boxes. A courtesy, to let them know to prepare some if they wanted, so I wouldnt be delaying their close. The gentleman who answered said very directly that if I dont make it there by 6 sharp I will have to wait until tomorrow because they are closing at 6. Ive used this place twice before and both times the same guy has had this very dry, arrogant, condescending demeanor about him. I ignored it the first two times. I was literally 2 blocks away I would have been in and out today with plenty of time to spare before close. I cant muster up the compassion to look past this idiot anymore. He will not get my money. Heres some advice: no matter how intelligent you may believe you are, no matter how snarky or witty you feel like being..... when it comes to business, check it at the door. Your attitude is horrible. You obviously hate your job. Do something else. I drove 25 miles to give you my business. And you act like this? On to the next review site to spread the word. Take care.

Weve received mail at Eagle Postal for several years and have always received the best of service! Its so great to know theres always someone available to accept mailings from Amazon, etc., and for those times we need to ship something out, the staff is completely professional - I always know our shipments will be packaged safely, tracked properly, and will arrive safely. They also provide email notifiications for mail received and when tracking numbers are assigned. *And* they do passport photos and make keys! Cant beat the convenience and the service :)

Im renting a box here for my business mail for over 6 years. I have only good things to say! You can see that the owner, Steven, is hard working man dedicated to his job and clients. I have never had any issues with my packages. Even when my box sometimes getting full, they always put it on the side and not bragging me into renting a bigger box. I love the fact that I have access to the box 24/7 and when I have big packages they can put it for you in the locked night drawer and place the keys in your personal box. Highly recommended!

The prices were very high. I had to send a pair of shoes (about 4 pounds) to Florida via UPS Ground, and it was $28.50 ($3 of that was for the box). That was the cheapest method. I shouldve shopped around, but I find it misleading that they advertise how you win when different carriers compete for your business. If I had found a UPS Store closer, it probably would have been about $20 at the most. Im sure USPS would have been even cheaper than that. I wasnt expecting sticker shock at the postal place.

I want to comment on what a wonderful asset this Eagle Postal Center has been through starting and growing a small business. First the staffs knowledge has been priceless in navigating shipping options. The store is welcoming, well laid out, and the air of productivity is a nice boost whenever I check my mail or swing by after receiving an email that a package has arrived. Im so happy this business is in my area. Great people and service!

They have been like having a full office team. I can call on them for so many things. I call to check the mail, I can send faxes if needed, copy, use the computer, notary service, shipping, and many more. I call them at least 4 days a week for something. They are always helpful, friendly, and remember customers by name.

Ive had a box there for years. Rate hasnt changed much at all, so thats always a great thing. I dont need to use many of the services they offer, but I know if I need any of them Ill get taken care of. They are convenient to me, and I enjoy having access to my box at any time of the day too. Keep up the good work yall!

Ive been going here for years - they have all my addresses in their database, so all I need to do is bring in what I want to send and they take care of it. Im in and out in no time! I like that they have FedEx, mail and UPS all at one place.
