I have been getting my hair cut and colored at A White Pond Paradise every four months or so for about 3 years now. Its true that their prices are a bit high, but I got so sick of having my hair butchered at the cheapo places that I decided to start looking at hair care as an investment in my professional life. Not to say that the prices are outrageous- theyre not- my hair cut and partial color usually runs about $100 not including tip. Not bad at all considering the girl always does exactly what I ask and I leave feeling pampered and beautiful everytime! The girl who does my hair at A White Pond Paradise, Kinda (pronounced- Jenda), is very talented and consistent. Shes also a very great conversationalist, which is an underrated quality in a hairdresser. :) I only get my hair done here so I cant really speak about their other services, but I was originally referred here by a friend who had had a massage and she was very happy with it. The salon itself is always clean, is a very pretty environment, and a relaxing atmosphere. I always find the receptionists to be helpful and friendly. The ladies even bring you hot tea, coffee, and snacks if youd like. I would recommend A White Pond Paradise to anyone willing to spend just a bit more to get high quality hair care.

this place is horrible. my husband made me a surprise appointment of 6 full service is here for my birthday. first of all, they miss scheduled my apt so there was not enough time to recieve my spa bath. I was supposed to receive lunch also and that never happened here Im starved by the time I left. the full body massage was just okay and needless to say my hair was supposed to get done and it looked better when I had rolled out of bed that morning. the staff was nice but inexperienced and unknowledgeable. I was supposed to get some sort of goodie bag when I laughed that costed him an extra 30 dollars and I never got it when I called they said the owner will call me back he never did m I never received anything not even my money back I heard through the grapevine the owner is a lawyer an the salon is just his pet project I am very big on customer service in this place has 0. I would not recommend this place to anyone not worth the money or the headache

I went to his place on a girls day spa day birthday outing. There was 3 of us in our group. We had upper sweedish back messages and pedicures for about 100 bucks. (without tips). The message was a amazing!!! The girl that I had was awesome! I have never had one before and made me feel very comfortable and was so relaxing! The pedicure was another story, though the girl was really nice who did mine the cost of the pedicure was soo expensive and lacking. I have had pedicures before and very excited to receive one, but it was just a soak and nail work. No callouses removed or running of the muscles of the lower leg. Why would I spend so much money on this service if I could go to a nail shop and get on better for cheaper???? I would go back for a message but not for anything else.

I highly recommend Cynthia for her skill and knowledge regarding facials and make up application. I have eczema and Cynthia is able to calm my skin, hydrate it and having it looking and feeling wonderful!! I also love the makeup she helped me choose for my skin type and the colors. Just beautiful! I also recommend Jessica for her massage therapy. She is one of the very best therapist that I have ever gone to. She is highly skilled and is able to take the knots and tension out of any muscle. The staff is always helpful and friendly. It is a great atmosphere!

So disappointed!! I am so sore after my massage and could not relax the entire time because the girl was digging her fingers in. Besides the awful massage there was construction going on so men were walking back and forth during my mani and pedi. Then to top it off the receptionist kept pushing "gratuity" as if I hadnt already paid enough. Wow what a disappointment. I will NOT return.

Working in the landscape & tree industry plus owning my own business I needed a way to relax. So me and my wife booked an appointment for a half hour she got the Swedish & i got the deep tissue massage.Both were excellent! Great service & experience. I wish i would have gotten an 60 or 90 min. Will defiantly be back.

I went to have a Brazillion Wax while I was in from out of town. This Spa/Salon had lovely interior design, clean and everyone was friendly. My service was excellent. I felt very comfortable and I am very happy with the results! Cynthia was great, Totally worth it...If your hesitant give it a try, you wont be sorry!

I got a Brazilian wax for my very first time here. I was incredibly incredibly nervous and my technician was so professional and talked to me the whole time and kept me distracted and I was done before I knew it! Very friendly people and fair prices :)

I recommend Kayla. She knows how to style hair for events. She made my daughters hair look really good without being overdone. She knows how to make a style look classy. Will definitely be going back to her.
