Will never do business with this company again. I rarely use the internet but just had to get online and make a profile just so I could write about my experience and hope that other employees and employers read up on this company and get the facts before going into business with these "people"! I am a vet that has served the US Military for over a decade now. My wife recently passed away from cancer so I was able to come home to take care of my children. I applied for a nearby job to help pay the bills and was referred to Accurate Staffing and was forced to use them to continue my employment application. I ended up having to work through them and regret ever walking into the office for an interview. I interviewed with a woman got to meet the president of the company, Todd Kennedy, who was clearly lying through his teeth to his employees in the office. While my instincts told me to walk away, I still accepted because I have to put food on the table, pay for funeral costs, and to keep my children in school and they were offering to send me somewhere the very next day. When I got there, it turned out I had to interview with more people there and the job I was assigned to was not what I had discussed with the "recruiter" the day prior. I still did not go with my gut instinct and leave and worked the first week. More than half of the other employees did not speak English and there rumors going around that they were not here in the United States legally, which I wouldnt be surprised if these rumors were true. The other employees who did speak English were mostly high or drunk while on the job working with heavy machinery. I did not feel safe and I felt as if I were betraying my country for being a part of whatever was going on here. On top of that, the management was very cruel, almost acting as if they were slave drivers. The workplace felt like a prison and was hotter than an Iraq desert with 60 lbs of armor on. The final straw was the first day of my second week where I overheard Accurates management and the companys management talking about needing to get rid of the older people and the young men of color to bring in other demographics. They kept talking to each other about "Statistics" and acting like it was a big joke, they think their offices are soundproof...but theyre not. And, well, me being an older man (not elderly or anything, but not 21 like a majority of their workforce), I felt like Id be on their top list of fires, so I quit that day and resumed my job search. Only until about a week later did I get my paycheck and find that my pay was reduced to minimum wage. I was shorted nearly $200 I was relying on to feed my family and I will never see that money again due to a policy that was not discussed with me prior to my employment. In the end, I worked my rear off for peanuts. I feel lied to, conned, and like I betrayed my country for investing my time and talents with this company who is clearly not who they say they are. Please do not do business with this company and spread the word about their unethical behavior towards their workers, including veterans.

They help you understand how to compile a resume, how to dress for an interview, and how to conduct yourself in an interview. Basically, everything you need to be successful for the future.

Accurate Staffing was fast in putting me in a job. The staff was friendly and the interview process was not as long as compared to other temp agencies in the area. Id say the only flaw of using them was going up the stairs to the third floor where their office was located! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone trying to find work!
