I applied for a job that was posted on one of the online job search sites and was excited to be called back the very next day. While on the phone I was screened and asked a few questions about my experience and education and then invited to come in for an interview. I arrived on time, enjoyed my interview with Recruiting Manager Sarah Stewart. I thought we hit if off great! She said she didnt see any trouble placing me somewhere to work I even left a voided check with my banking info in my file because they led me to believe that they had a position in mind for me. Sarah asked me to call her back in about two days after 9:00 a.m. to touch base. Excited and really wanting to work I called back was told that she was not available. I was put into her voice mail twice that day. I called back the next day and was told the same that she was not available and I got put into voice mail again. Never receiving a call back was very upsetting. The more I thought about it I was insulted to be lied to and completely disregarded so I gave a call back and spoke with a manager named Toni and explained to her how upset I was and she was going to look into the matter and get back with me. As of todays date I have not heard back from either one of these woman. Thankfully I have obtained employment on my own but I would never refer this place to anyone that is actively seeking employment, it would be a waste of your time. Very dissatisfied with this location and the people who run it.

I must agree with most of the negative reviews. I too had a similar experience. Was called in for an open position, thought things went well. I called several times to follow up but to no avail. What I do not understand is, if I am not what a particular company is looking for, why not just say that and not completely ignore and be disrespectful to folks. You have ALL my personal information as your disposal. The very least I deserve is to be answer when I call and have a question about my chances with getting employment. Its only your jobs. It makes me so sad that these places claim to want to assist people in finding employment but out feels like they are just collecting personal information on people. How is that okay. Like I stated before, not everything is for everyone, but common human decency is so appreciated. Who would I even speak to about the disregard they have for peoples time? It doesnt seem like a review really changes the customer service policies there.

Nothings to like about Champion staffing. I coincide with the young lady above word for word what she published. In my heart of hearts if I really knew the young lady Theresa ethnic background differs from being Caucasian I would have to admit that the agency are borderline racists. The line of disrespect from top to bottom is ridiculous no matter how professional you talk with staff they will one up you. From unorganized contractors they deal with and tend to side with when wrong to misinterpreted start hours and work days at a location is all terrible. Case in point I was told to arrive at a location which would need weeks of work...come to find out I was only sent there to do the heavy duty work for 3 days then was told thanks for everything we dont need you anymore. I know Ohio is an at will state and jobs can let you go if they feel but if temp agencies are adapting the same format as citizens we dont stand a chance! Try area Temps at least theyre slightly serious!

The staffing is absolutely outstanding!!! From the front administration desk representative to my personal recruiters Danielle/Sarah to the President of the agency Pam I have had nothing but pleasant interactions with this company. They have been helpful and attentive to my needs and concerns.From the versatility of the jobs to the diversity of the people it has been an overall great experience for me. I have had the privilege of doing varies jobs ranging from Guest services to Banquet serving and working with people from all different walks of life. I am a satisfied employee and I would highly recommend this agency to anyone who is willing, enthused, and motivated to work and of course anyone with good work ethic. Remember, to take pride in what you do and ask yourself, "How would I want myself to be seen?" Because representing yourself in a good light is a reflection of the company. The possibilities are endless if you apply yourself and WANT it.

Absolutely terrible. I applied for a Mechanical Tech job on indeed and they called to setup an interview to discuss the "position opportunity." I walk into their Mentor office, and before even talking to anyone I was handed 10 pages of paperwork. Tax forms, banking info, SSN, etc. I had no idea what was going on at this point. When I asked what was happening they told me I was already THEIR employee, and must fill out the paperwork BEFORE I talk to someone... WHAT A JOKE. The receptionist then proceeded to tell me that the job I applied for isnt actually real and is similar to one of the potential jobs, and that I am not actually interviewing for that job. Walked right out. You would think they would clarify this before hand, otherwise I wouldnt have went. Unprofessional. Thanks for wasting my time.

They call you by offering a position, you go to the interview, everything is great. They tell you to go to this address for the drug test Urgent Care in 7580 Northcliff Ave, Brooklyn, then they will tell you to call in two days, spend the two days and when you call tell you that they have nothing right now to keep you calling. They do not look for work for you. I do not recommend it. They only make you waste your time and money on gas.

This place is very unprofessional and lies to you just to stack their profiles up cause I am a very qualified person and was told by lying ass fat ass Sarah that there was plenty of work to go around in my field and its going in a month and a half later and still no employment even after calling constantly or leaving qmany voice mails and no one seems to take their job seriously

One word, horrible. They make you wait an hour after your scheduled time of your interview and then give you another hour long interview and then dont call you. Im personally, very much qualified for the jobs they provide and to this day I still didnt get a call. Area temps is much better or Snider Blake.
