I used Stanley Staffing to obtain employment and after reaching a point where i was hired on permanently i was then looking at being laid off. I told Nikki or Nichole or whatever she wants to call herself there at Stanley staffing I had obtained permission to seek other employment and she refused to help while i tried to be proactive and obtain another job without needing unemployment. Her excuse was she didnt want to do that because my job was a previous client of theirs. Fast forward to today 1/20/17......1 and a half months later I am on unemployment and Nikki fabricated a story and has reported that I have refused work from them and sabotaged my unemployment so they dont have to pay their share putting it on hold while they investigate her claims. Now I have two children and a wife to provide for and she has caused my only source of income at all to be stopped. I havnt even been on unemployment for much longer then a month yet. They never speak to you when you call only call you on their terms and expect you to take whatever they offer you regardless of your qualifications. Had she went and found me employment like me and my employer requested of her to begin with I never would have even seen the unemployment line but since she didnt want to do that she made up a lie to try to get her company out of providing their share of what they owe to me. I would suggest you look elsewhere I made these people good money while I worked for them letting them take a percentage of what I made only to be treated like this to try to cover their own behinds. I can also attest to the foul way they speak of customers and other employees when they are not around as somebody else mentioned in these reviews because I have heard it first hand in person several times while i came inside to conduct my buisness with them. Karma is real and it comes back to you. I will be fighting this case and hiring a lawyer for falsifying info. They dont even have any kind of proof against me because her story was 100% made up to try to save her face from getting an unemployment claim attached to her employer. (UPDATE 1/26/17) My unemployment reinstated and continued after finding Nichole fabricated her accusation against me and provided zero proof. Looking forward to speaking to the upper management and filing some complaints!

I am a single mother. Have a good, stable work history and was in a very unprofessional work environment. I left a very good paying job for this reason, and found an ad online for a promising position here with this agency. After a brief phone interview, the young "Manager" here assured me that I was a perfect candidate for the job. That really got my hopes up and I was excited to begin their hiring process. I did their testing and finally went for an interview with the actual company . Well, I interviewed with 3 different people at the hiring company, and had a good repoir with all of them it seemed. I had the necessary experience they wanted, and what I lacked they were going to train me in. After interviewing, I emailed the "manager" of Stanley Staffing-- thanking her for the opportunity to interview with the hiring company and to please let me know any feedback and/or responses from them. (I sent a total of 2 emails with this same subject) This is very common place and expected in the professional world of etiquette. It is normal to expect at least an email with something about the interview that THEY sent me on. Well, Ive gotten exactly ZERO feedback. Not even, an acknowledgement of her receiving my email. Not a thank you or anything for the communication. Nothing informing me of how I did, what the next step is.....nada. This is supposed to be a" staffing agency", and they should be the example of how professional etiquette is performed. Well, that is just the opposite of what Ive received from them. I am extremely disappointed and quite frankly shocked at the lack of caring or professionalism here. I really did expect better treatment and had high hopes. It appears that either its a bait and switch-- just trying to get quotas in, or its the generation of this world with no empathy for our brothers and sisters who are indeed fully competent to perform and simply doing the necessary job themselves. I would not recommend this company based on this sole experience, and would suggest to hire someone to help with your resume and do the job hunt on your own. Thank goodness Im highly experienced and have alot of common sense to find a good job on my own, because thats exactly what I did. Thanks for nothing Stanley Staffing. Thanks for nothing.

REVIEW BUSINESSES

Within the past week, an email was received from a hiring manager BRIBING employees to make a 5 star review here on google in return for a gift card, and or food. I would post a copy of the email that was sent, but I dont know how? HOW RIDICULOUS AND DESPERATE ARE YOU?! I can go on and on about Stanley Staffing and how UNPROFESSIONAL each one of the office employees are. They NEVER reply to emails or phone calls. They are always forwarding you to a voicemail, which never is returned. When I was in the office doing my testing, an employee at the time called in about a question on payroll and the HIRING MANAGER rolled her eyes when her receptionist told her and just forwarded to the HIRING MANAGERS voicemail. The HIRING MANAGER laughed and said "Im not calling him back, he should no the answer to this question by now." And her front desk girl just started laughing. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL. These girls need to get their act together! DO NOT GO TO STANLEY STAFFING! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED! JUST A LITTLE INSIGHT TOO, I DID NOT WANT TO EVEN SELECT A STAR, BUT I GUESS IN ORDER TO POST A REVIEW, YOU HAVE TO SELECT A STAR!

You can try but I wouldnt waste my time I had they are just a waste of time and gas they act like your your so perfect for a job then theyll interview have you go to another job and interview you tell youll theyll call you and let u know if you got the job and a call youll never get also I called them everyday for a week and got sent to voice mail every time but when I called and used a fake name they answered but when I told them my real name she hung up on me I had to go down there just to find out I didnt get the job and they couldnt even tell me why
