Im surprised at the negative reviews about this company because all my experiences with them have been very positive. The CEO understands light manufacturing very well and is proactive and considerate. Hes got vision for the future as well. The CSPs (certified staffing professionals) seem to care about their workers and try quite hard to place them in "good fit" positions. They also treat everyone who comes in with decency and respect - Im not joking here.. In terms of their customers, Flex-Team is constantly seeking feedback on their temp placements to make sure their clients are pleased with worker performance. I am impressed with their level of compassion, patience, and organization in placing and managing workers around four counties in northeast Ohio.

I was robbed by flex team and Sandy. DO NOT go to flex team they are unprofessional and criminal. They use resources they have at there disposal and undercut and cheat employees. Sandy is a pure criminal who I strongly believe works on behalf of the interest of More than Gourmet than temp employees. FLEX TEAM SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY & SANDY SHOULD HAVE AND WILL HAVE CHARGES BROUGHT AGAINST HER. Flex team and their collaborating employees will be shut down SOON.

worst temp ive ever used. before i got hired anywhere which took two weeks they hand me go there on three different times one was for a drug test the other to where simply dead leads to jobs. wasting my gas. my only request from them was to not put me in twinsburge. and the first job they found me was where else but twinsburge. they didnt offer direct deposit and payed you they a card witch charged you and arm n leg to simply get your hard earned money.

Terrible Place I Was Sent To A Job Only For Them To Call And Tell Me After My Shift Was Over That The Place Didnt Need Me Anymore Ive Been Getting The Run Around From Them For Three Weeks Now About Another Job Out Of All Temp Services Out There This Has To Be The Worst.
