My insurance company recommended them to do work on my car after an accident, my car went in at the beginning of July it is now the beginning of August and I Am still waiting for my vehicle. They have not offered any form of apology compensation, only conflicting dates of when it will be ready. Upon speaking with them today I was told that they had to wait a few days for a part that came in and was wrong so they had to wait a couple more and they have only worked on it for a total of 60 hours this doesnt add up to a month there was no explanation no concern for how this affected me or my family no anything but another date. I would not recommend this place to anyone what so ever poor customer service unearthly wait times for your car and misinformation.

My car was hit by a shopping cart in the back driver side door area. I took it to AutoNation and they were very professional and took great care of my car.
