If you havent been to this shop youre missing out on one of the best kept secrets for automotive care in Ocala. Modesto and his team have saved me twice this year. I know he and his crew specialize in major transformation when it comes to cars but they are great with the emergency fixes too. I took my 2001 Camry to him in 2/15 when a door handle broke and the dealer wanted over $300 to fix it. I met Modesto for the first time after my mother found his business on the Internet. He replaced the door handle within minutes for a fraction of the cost. Just got my car back from him today after an employee(s) at a local car wash managed to destroy the cable connection to the motor under the drivers seat of my car making the seat lock in an impossible driving position. One mechanic quoted a ridiculous price which included buying a new seat to fix my car! Enter Modesto and the crew who took my car in on Tuesday morning and rebuilt the motor unit under the seat in a day. In doing so they were able to avoid buying a whole new set up which would have cost me a fortune in parts alone. Im a day late getting on the road for holiday but the work I received from Modesto and his team is worth the delay. Dont let the look of the place fool you - this business has some talented workers and I for one am glad to know how to find them! THANKS AGAIN FOR SAVING ME, GUYS! Feliz Navidad.....:)

My 2013 Honda CRV was in a MAJOR accident on January 7th, 2016. I originally chose Bos Collision Center of Ocala - the worst mistake I could have made! They had my car for a week and wouldnt look at it to see if the frame was bent-it was a mess! I looked online for another company. I seen and read all of Immaculates reviews and emailed them at 9:30 at night and asked if they could pick my car up at BOs- the owner of Immaculate wrote me right back and said he would do that and get with me as soon as he picked it up. I am a single female who knows nothing about collision work and it would have been easy to be taken advantage of but Immaculate was the total opposite. The owner took his time to explain things to me, always took my calls, answered my emails and was always pleasant. This was a huge job and he was able to get it done in record time. My car looks gorgeous!! I was very impressed with their work. I would highly recommend Immaculate!!

GO NOWHERE ELSE! Being from out of town and a gal of a certain age, I was uncertain where to have my vehicle repaired after a racoon collision-yes, seriously!-destroyed my front and side fenders. Enter MODESTO MENA-a man who still honors value, integrity and pride in ownership. The repair is SEAMLESS...and I am OCD..lol. His word is his bond. He finished on time despite a few supplier hiccups which could have set this project back. Modesto went Beyond, even meeting me at 8 am on a Saturday morning. Where can one get this kind of service today? ANSWER-VERY FEW PLACES. The other reviewers seem to feel as do I. The property is humble-go in that door! Like another poster from GA, I also plan on coming back with my Lincoln, despite the fact that it is a 12 hour drive. My ride to pickup my vehicle was so impressed that she has created a project for Immaculate. And lastly, I now consider Modesto Mena not just a vendor. I consider him my friend.

Can not say enough about the quality of Modesto"s work, (owner and Class AAA auto-body repairman ) He is an all around 1st class person who genuinely cares about his product and will do everything he can to make things right, with your car and any insurance problems arising in the course of getting the claim right. My wife was rear ended by a driver too busy with her cell phone. Her insurance co. held up tho their reputation of dragging out the situation. Finally after 21 days the $2550 was guaranteed to be paid by the insurer and check received on the 26th day. Modesto presented us with a repair that was as good as new on day 23. Thank you Modesto for all you did to help with the situation.. We will see you again when we need you expertise or a cup of coffee........

I have a 1998 Honda Shadow Aero 1100 and needed a front fender repaired after it was crushed when I ran over a tree limb that almost cost me my life. I looked several places online for a replacement fender and found the cheapest to be around $850 so I decided to see if Immaculate could repair it after I found their ad online. OMG!!!! Not only did I save hundreds of dollars, the fender came out showroom perfect!! This fender curves in on the right and left side as well as the obvious downward slope on the front and back and I am telling you it is PERFECT!! Modesto is an absolute artist and if you need any kind of body repair this is the only place you should be going. SERIOUSLY!!!

I originally went to Modesto Mena after a friend from work told me about him. Honestly, I didnt know what to expect but was so pleasantly surprised. The workmanship on my 2011 Sonata was excellent not to mention the pricing was very reasonable. The dealership wanted to charge twice as much. I have had two incidents this past year and Modesto has taken care of both of them and really did great quality work. You will not be dissapointed with this body shop. All my work will be going to Modesto. He is very friendly and professional as well. It was a pleasure doing business with him. I would also like to mention that the service was fast. I had my car back the next day both times.

This body shop is the best in Ocala area. Been to a few others for estimates and prices were ridiculous. Immaculates Modesto will work with you and the insurance adjusters. Rest assured their body work is magnificent. Color matching phenomenal. Bring in a damaged vehicle and youll feel your going home with a new car. Had 1 large collision and a few small jobs in last 8 years since I came to Florida. Fender benders happen but rest assured - I will not take my vehicles anywhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Modesto did a fantastic job! We have a 79 Monte Carlo dirt track race car that was really torn up from an incident that happens at All-Tech Raceway on 3/4/2016. Being out of Lake City, we tried to find a frame shop that could get us in and out in less than a day for a reasonable price but no one seemed to be available. So we called up Immaculate, and decided that our best bet would be to make the hour drive. Within a couple of hours, we were headed back to Lake City with a straightened out race car. When my brand new car got dented and few deep scratches on it, I felt like it would never be the same again-- thats when I was referred to Immaculate Auto Body Shop. I met with Modesto and he explained to me the nature of the damage and how he would fix it at the most reasonable rate. Modesto is an honest man and his service was impeccable and he didnt try to overcharge me. The paint job matched so well I couldnt even tell that anything had happened to my car. I would definitely refer Immaculate to everyone I know and would go there again if anything were to happen to my car.
