Sales experience was fine, but that is where anything good ended. I will know next time, but I didnt think it was necessary to take a used truck from a dealership to a mechanic to be inspected. It turned out to have a bad head gasket. After filing a complaint with the BBB, they finally admitted there was a problem but said it was the oil cooler. I agreed to pay for the oil cooler in exchange for a guarantee on the gaskets. The oil cooler did not fix it and it took me over a month of bugging them to get them to replace the gaskets. Less than a month later the transmission blew out, and it turned out there was no oil in it. I am now stuck with payments on a truck that doesnt work, as well as a lot of very expensive repairs, and Harrison doesnt care. I would not recommend anyone buy a car there, they dont care about their customers or reputation.

Harrison Ford has very friendly, knowlegeable, and helpful staff. They have a great selection of new and used vehicles on their lot for the size of the dealership. Their sales staff are very eager to help, yet are not too pushy at the same time. The staff in service are very knowlegeable and the techs are very good at what they do. The guys in parts know their stuff and get you the right part the first time. The Quicklane there is good at getting you in and out quickly, and they will change your oil and rotate your tires for practically less than it costs to go out and buu the oil and filter. Great Dealership. A+

We had a great experience with Harrison Ford! We drove from an hour away to look at a car and got there about 15 minutes before they closed. They didnt rush us at all and were not pushy. Everyone here was very friendly (we worked with Mark). We came here on our third day of car shopping and were so relieved at how easy they made it and how laid back they are. Just genuinely nice people - not your typically pushy salesman. It was well worth the hour drive!! Highly recommend!!

These guys helped me even though I had to go a hour away for parts, they safely stored a clients boat and then a thousand dollars worth of boat stands and jacks , I received better service here then the dealer a hour away that I wouldnt allow to touch my truck . Trustworthy and went out of the way to help a person passing through , Id buy a truck from them based on my experience. Thanks guys ! JC , Homeward bound .

I had a wonderful experience at Harrison Ford starting with a courteous sales and service staff. Cody found a car with all the options I asked for, my transaction went very smoothly. Quick Lane is a great plus as well, Rob is always helpful and goes out of his way to accommodate those waiting for their vehicles . Its great having such a great dealership right here in Wellington! The popcorn is tasty too :)

Returned to Harrison Ford when I was ready to purchase my third F-150. The sales staff provided me the help to determine the style and options available for my new truck. I did some comparative shopping, and was pleased with the final sale. The Harrison staff prove their concern and commitment long after the initial sale. This is the service that brought me back to Harrison for my new purchase.

Rodney Harrison sets an example for his team, last time I was in for service he stopped by to chat with me -- not even about the car but more about how we were doing and our trips. How many car dealers do you find where the owner spends time just visiting with a customer?

I stopped in here while out of town to just ask a question about my Ford from another lot. They were so friendly and willing to help! I had two kids with me and the play area was a blessing while they helped fix my car. The waiting area was so clean and comfy. I absolutely recommend this location! Wish I lived closer as I would come back for everything.
