I brought my 2011 Black Nissan Pathfinder here to get rid of some scratches on 3 panels as well as a dent in the front quarter panel and a gouge in the front bumper. The owner (Mr. Paciotti) is the main worker & the driving force behind this place for over 30 years. He quoted me at $600 and went above & beyond my expectations, all the while staying within his quote. He actually plastic welded my front bumper upon discovering unknown damage that wasnt accounted for in the original quote. No additional cost, no fuss, but rather just a great job. I dont want to sound too cheesy, but I wish all car repair places were this upright & outstanding. Also I am fairly certain Mr. Paciotti doesnt have the internet, nor does he know how to write reviews. I am a real customer that truly had a great, pain free experience for once with an auto body shop.

Went there for an estimate on some damage from a deer, and the gentleman who looked at my car acted like he didnt even want me there. Blurted out a grossly high estimate, without barely looking at my car, and ran back into the shop leaving me standing there. VERY unprofessional

Sorry Alexander, but I have had nothing but great experience with Bob and his work. He is always fair on the price and his repairs are first rate in my book!!
