This was the worst body repair shop and ethically sad from the lies and poor quality of work. We were lied to about the parts being put on the vehicle and me also being in the automotive industry I knew what to look for. The vehicle upon return to us had a cracked windshield, scratched interior pieces on a new 2014 with only 10k miles on it. The vehicle was sitting side ways Im sure due to frame damage which they also lied about and said it was ok and later found the vehicle did have frame repair and was put on a straitening machine. Took over 6 weeks to repair the vehicle with the body shop saying each day we called should be any day now. My suggestion is to never use this shop. Paint repair, body repair and the falsification of all the work done was enough for me. Be honest with your customer and people will come back, especially being a family run business. Im still in disbelief on how they returned the vehicle to us. We sold the vehicle just so we wouldnt have to deal with the poor quality of work and handling of a paying customer.

I recently had my vehicle repaired at EM Collision. After receiving my car back, I realized my driving lights were cracked. They were NOT cracked when we dropped the car off! After several phone calls, I finally was able to speak to someone who advised that the location of the driving lights that the stress cracks were not caused by anything that was done at their shop. I was also advised they submitted the claim to my insurance which was denied. I was told that it could been from road debris or rocks that flew up and cracked them. Funny thing they have gravel on their lot, so they can tell me with 100% certainty that the damage didnt happen there?!?!?! When an owner takes a lot of care in their vehicle, and knows beyond a doubt the lights were not damaged the morning the car was dropped off, it safe to say they are saying the customer is lying. I will not recommend EM Collision or will I do business with them ever again.

These guys get an A+++ from me! A deer ran out in front of my wife causing extensive damage to the hood, grill of our Camry. I spoke to Josh and he gave me a quick and VERY reasonable estimate.They were able to work us in due to our tight schedule. We literally dropped it off this morning at 8am and got the call to pick it up before 3pm. When we arrived my wife did not even recognize her own car. It looked as good as when we bought it 5 years ago! They even washed and vacuumed the interior at no extra charge! We could not be happier with the repair, price and exceptional service!

I have had my vehicle repaired several times at EM Collision. I had both mechanical and collision work done. Aaron and his staff were very courteous and professional. Everyone from the technicians working on my car to the office staff, they were very knowledgeable about the repair and was done on time. They went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. Regardless of some of the other reviews listed. You know there are always two sides to every story. Take your car here and you will not be disappointed!!!
