I had body work done on my 2006 Mustang and I couldnt be happier with the service and work done by the people at CarStar. The place is modern & clean and the guy who looked at my car was quick, professional and explained in detail everything that needed to be done. They also work well with Enterprise Rent-a-Car and I really didnt have to do anything in order for Enterprise to be there waiting with my rental car and then it was quick - just drop off the car, get in the rental, go over a few things - then I was on my way. Enterprise is just down the road as well. The people were friendly, professional and explained anything I needed to know. I got written estimates up front and they matched what a Ford dealership had estimated. In fact, CarStar had one issue the car dealer missed - for the same basic price. The work done on my rear quarter panel looks great. I was almost going to have my car repaired at a Ford Dealer but Im glad I tried CarStar. Id definitely recommend them to anyone needing body work.

These guys would really be a 5 star if it wasnt for the one d-bag tech who kept pushing for me to file an insurance claim. Long story short. I needed some scratches removed (on the cheap) so I could get a better dealer trade-in value out of the car. I didnt need a perfect 10 paint job. The first time the tech looked at the car, he said he could get most of the scratches out. On the day I went to drop off the car, all of sudden his story changed and he couldnt get any of the scratches out without doing a complete new paint job ($1000+)...again, wanting me to file an insurance claim. Aside from the spiky haired douche who was more interested in trying to sell to me rather than help...the rest of the crew seem to be awesome and helpful. Honestly, these guys should really get 5 stars...they just need to leave the people skills to someone other than the above mentioned idiot. Oh, and as for the scratches...the ones that were sooo impossible to remove or even hide. Nice little product called Quixx worked incredibly.

I had a small crack on the left side of my car in an accident. I had taken it to a different car collision facility and they gave me an estimate for 1272$ and asked for 2 days to fix it. I had to move to strongsville after that for work purpose and I had given it to them as it was closer to my home. The receptionist is very arrogant and unfriendly. They called me and said there is additional damage inside which would take another 1000$. Looks pretty shady for a small bump. They would not tell me the exact time when they can deliver it so I have stay without a car for a week and I have to pay for my rental out of pocket. Would not recommend it to anyone.

I was directed to use this shop by the insurance company handling my claim. After almost a month of waiting I received my car with a list of problems from where they put it back together. The paint job is very poorly done and none of the new parts seem to fit correctly. This is on a brand new car! When I tried to reach the owner to address the warranty issues of course he doesnt return calls. I would highly recommend that you avoid this place at all cost and find a more honest repair facility.

5 stars all the way...I was in a car accident and the side of my car was pretty messed up. My trusted cousin mentioned them to me and told me how great they were..I went for it and couldnt be anymore happier that I did. I literally made a phone call, went up there, left the car, and thats it. They called about updates, and estimated time it may be done. They were helpful with my work schedule trying to drop it off and pick it up. Great staff, great work...all around GREAT JOB!!

Bryan and staff are friendly and efficient. Centerline CARSTAR has completed three collision repairs for us, and our vehicles have been returned looking like new. Will not use this place again. Our car was there for literally 30 minutes and was charged 1 hour labor - when I called to question it, I was told O we used two technicians to get it done quicker. Really - all they did was replace an outside mirror - that takes 2 techs??? Pretty shady to me. Also the customer service is terrible. I was told the part would be in one day and the part came in a week later. Never a phone call to me, I had to keep calling for status.

Excellent customer service, excellent job on my car. They even cleaned up the car after the job and the car looked and smelled brand new. I will be going back here for any body repair work and I am recommending this place to all my friends/family. They also include a warranty on parts, which not a lot of places do, and they work with hertz rentals which I prefer hands down to enterprise.

not happy they dont care about your time and they say it will be done at this time and than say it needs another month like thanks paying for a rental out of pocket and they didnt care had to pay the rental and for them to fix the car

Great job, they did everything for me. I had an accident with my 2013 Kia Soul. They called Enterprise for me, wrote the estimate for state farm, and matched the color perfectly. The store is so clean and the staff is so friendly.
