I barely write reviews on internet, but, since I do read reviews before I choose some services from a place. after I had my car repaired at this place many many years ago, and I decide to write a review. Dont ask me why? I parked my car on street, and somebody hit the side rear bumper, SO, I went to this place to have it fix it, they charged 1000 something. My insurance company covered it. It looked very bad. The rear bumper was not perfectly line up, but, It really did not bother me. later on, the painting of rear bumper was getting bad, and I went back, and ask them if the warranty covered the painting. They told me they did not paint that part. I said, ok, then I went to lexus to repaint the whole bumper under my own cost. recently, My car got hit again. I stopped at red light, and somebodys slightly touched my rear bumper. I went to Lexus to have it fixed, Lexus told me because whoever fixed the rear bumper before did not take care of inside carefully, the new rear bumper cannot lined up perfectly. Can you imagine? if I was you, stay away from this place!

This shop is highly recommended by USAA. USAA is a top rated insurance company that primarily services the military and their families and hold themselves to the highest standards in the automobile industry. I had my estimate with this shop. From the time that I called in and time that my car estimate was completed, I found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and very polite in general. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the shop and the quick estimate. THE ESTIMATE TOOK LESS THAN 30 MINUTES! Not only was the estimate fair, it was below the cost I received from competitors. This shop is a community home business with down home service and the mechanics are highly trained service technicians and repair collision mechanics. I was told that if I was not satisfied with ANY of my repairs, I could return the car at no cost.

I guess Gerber contracted American Glass, but I got a guy named Jeremy. Absolutely awesome. Went above and beyond what he was called to do. Saw that my regulator in my window was busted and told me how to fix and where to get the part. He even took off the old one and showed me how to install the new one. I ran to the store got the new part and installed it and he came back and installed the glass in less than 10 min. Because of him I was able to go to a party that my military buddies were holding before the storm came. Made life easier a day before 4th of July. Hoooyaaa Jeremy! Promote this guy!

Caitlyn has done a great job updating me on my repair through the whole process. 7/18/16 Update: Reducing my 4 stars to 3. Quality Assurance walk through was completed but missed two parts upon further inspection 1) left rear headliner was not tucked away properly & 2) rear passenger seat belt cover was damaged during repair. Make sure to look over the repair from top to bottom and inside and out. Jonathan (Manager) was kind enough to take photos and will follow up with an appointment and replacement part.

Dropped my BMW off at this location. It was a horrible mistake, not what I expected from a shop recommended by Geico. The staff was unfriendly, rude, and poorly drained. They had my car for two weeks just to do some simple paintwork, no damage to the body. After all that time they couldnt even paint the car right. Please avoid this place and save yourself the headache.

Overall very dissatisfied with repair. Was promised car back in three days, and it ended up taking nine. They were not very customer friendly and did not call about late pickup. Also didnt fully realign the car. Very dissapointed with the service.
