Keep calling! The customer service guy updated me every two days excluding weekends as they are closed then. They are nice in person and even let me pick up the vehicle after hours. Great work takes time. Though it took a couple more days than predicted, they put my bright red paint job and parts back to factory condition which has held up under the Florida heat for over a year now.

Brisco Brothers are wonderful. They take very good care of you and they did a beautiful job on my car...It was a mess after a terrible wreck, but they had it looking better than new when they were done with it.
