TAKE YOUR VOLVO ELSEWHERE awful experience. girl I talked to on the phone was rude just about every time I or my wife talked to her. But w/e i thought, theyre the "official" volvo repair shop of tampa. Got there at 950 for my 1000 appointment. She tells me, "no, you changed it to 1030, dont you remember?" This absolutely never happened. Im going to guess that she either wrote down the wrong time, or they were running behind, and instead of apologizing, she tried to make me look like a moron. She informed me that I couldnt be seen until 1030 and Id have to wait 40 minutes for an estimate that should take all of 10-15 minutes. I walked out. if you have a volvo, USE CARSTAR on pine forrest dr in clearwater. they are also a certified volvo repair shop. Short drive from tampa and the people actually treat you like a human being.

I just got my car back from body repair at Town & Country. The folks at Town & Country worked with my insurance company, they even worked out a rental car for me so I could drop my car off at Town & Country and the rental car would be there. The work they did was stellar - the car looks brand new. They say theyve been in this business for many, many years, so I know they are not a fly by night operation. In fact, I got an estimate from another body shop, and Town & Country came in at less than half the cost so I know that they know what they are doing. It is honest companies like this one that insurance companies should love, vs. the body shops that up the price or claim damages that are not there just to make more money. I highly recommend Town & Country. Theyve got it down to a T and they will treat you right.

On the phone, I was told to bring car in, so I called car rental to meet me at Town and Country. When I got there they said they were so backed up they wouldnt touch the car for a week and tried to scare me away by saying the Insurance company will probably make me pay the extra week for the rental car, so I rescheduled for the following week. Following week they called day before scheduled time and told me they were again backed up and couldnt take my car in for another 3 weeks. I told them they already bumped me once are they sure they cant get me in, after all mine was a small rear bumper repair. They said no sorry, I then told them are they sure they wanted to do that because there are things like Google reviews and Yelp. The lady on the phone acted like big deal go ahead, so Im going ahead.

After being in an accident, I took my car to Town & Country Automotive. My car has been there now for 2 weeks and they have just begun repairing it (though it was originally estimated at 8 days). I have called repeatedly for updates and have gotten little information (being told that only Jim knows the details, yet Jim is never around when I call). I have since run out of rental car coverage with my insurance, yet no one wants to take responsibility for the delays. I chose them because they are my neighbors and because they are always busy...I figured that many people cant be wrong. Im incredibly frustrated with the customer care Ive received. It seems theyve forgotten thats what I am - their customer.

Ive used town and country automotive twice in the last year and both times they produced excellent results. It wasnt until yesterday that I realized how good they are. I took my friend to pick up his truck from another body shop in Tampa after it was fixed and repainted. his new paint job had orange peel effect on the whole paint job. So I looked at my truck where T&C Automotive fixed it and it was smooth as glass. It was then that I came to really appreciate the job they did for me. I will definitely recommend this shop for its paint and body work.

Ive worked in the insurance industry 21 years and this is one of the best shops Ive ever dealt with. This was a complicated repair that took about 5 weeks and exceeded $23,000. The car is perfect after the repair. You would never know there was any damage. TNC worked directly with the adjuster as much as they could without requiring my involvement. What I appreciated the most were the status reports via phone nearly every week which kept me informed every step of the way. Special shout out to Satch who was a pleasure to work with. Thanks TNC!

I had major damage to my Subaru and was referred by the dealer for repairs. Satch and his crew are no nonsense operators but they do solid work and the car is straight when you get it back. Body work is like home improvement. Delays happen, enjoy your rental car and let them do it right. They are fussy and gave me my car back looking and running 100%. I would use them again without hesitation.

*DO NOT GO HERE! Terrible experience. Worst customer service ever!! Took over 2 months to repair (if thats what you want to call it) Assured us there was no frame damage on the vehicle, then we go to dealer to trade it in and comes up on CarFax that there was frame damage. Unethical and dishonest...

A fantastic experience. They go out of their way to let you know what the different steps are and exactly what to expect. They follow up, do what they say, and make sure you are happy. And the best part, the work was superb. I cannot even tell that a repair was performed. The work was perfect.

Avoid at all costs unless your insurance company makes you go here... They will damage more than they fix and tell you to "deal with it" afterwards. Hate shady shops like this... Most importantly, they dont know anything about Volvos, dont let their cover image fool you. Worthless.

"Satch," the president of the company insulted my place of emplyment within minutes of our first meeting for no apparent reason at all. I would not permit him to work on my car regardless of how much he paid me. He is an exceptionally rude person to be meeting the public.
