A few weeks ago my Infinity G37S got hit on the drivers side rear quarter panel! The accident happened in a parking lot and the driver decided not to stick around or leave a note.. The last thing I wanted to do was file an Insurance Claim for less than $2k worth of damage. And I haven’t personally dealt with any auto body shops in Tampa so I was putting it off because I know how most of them operate (Low estimates, High Actual cost, and they are never in a rush)! I chose Carsmetics because a Police officer recommended them to me and it was by far the best advice I have ever gotten from a Cop. It took a total of 10 minutes to get a guaranteed estimate which turned out to be $1500 ($1,000 cheaper than Infinities Body shop) and it took 2 days. And guess what? They included a rental from Enterprise for the 2 days! I didn’t have to do anything except wait 10 minutes to get picked up.. Customer Service A+ The work was incredible when I picked my car up I couldn’t even tell my car had been hit (And I looked very close) Quality of Work A+

I had taken my van to this location of Carsmetics a few weeks ago for a rear bumper dent repair. From start to finish, Barry and John especially provided terrific customer service from providing the estimate in a timely manner to keeping me updated on the status of my van. It was unbelievable how fast the repair was done so that I was not without my vehicle for long, especially for my transportation to and from work. The repair was absolutely flawless, my bumper looks as good, if not better, than when I first purchased my vehicle! It’s no wonder this particular location of Carsmetics is constantly rated as a leading body shop in the area which is how I chose it compared to other body shops that are closer to me in New Tampa. Please convey my thanks to that team, they are a true asset to the Carsmetics organization due to the professional and outstanding customer service they consistently provide.

walked in for a quote on a front bumper for a 2007 dodge ram. That was was my first mistake. I knew something was up when this guy repeatedly kept saying he was gonna save me a bunch of money. It was anything but that. It was ridiculous how many different charges were accumulated just to take off a bumper and slap on a new one! oh yea, aftermarket too. Here we go..$489 for the part, They wanted 50 bucks to replace the bumper and another 55 bucks to remove and install it, and this was all before labor! hmm..replace the bumper vs remove and install... whats the friggin difference? i got online and looked up the part number, guess what?...found it less than half of what these guys were gonna sucker me for.what was that about saving me money?? riiiiiiight. buyer beware!

Outstanding experience with quality of repairs and service. John and Barry both went above and beyond to make sure my car was thoroughly inspected and brought back to original condition. They also assisted me with an issue I thought might have been occurring when I got it back. John was able to coordinate with me to drop off the car over the Christmas weekend and have it ready and waiting for me to pick it up (even though they were closed) on Christmas Sunday when I flew back in. Everything went exactly as he said it would and that was very much appreciated in a busy time like Christmas weekend. Great experience great quality and the employees truly have outstanding customer service skills. Highly recommend to anyone looking for fair prices and great quality.

If you really love your car, I wouldnt recommend taking it here. The repair was fast, but the quality just isnt great. I picked up my car after sunset so I didnt get a chance to really inspect the paint properly. The following day, I found polish all over the bumper that I could not remove. To this day, I still cannot remove it. After a week of having the car repaired, the paint is looking foggy in 2 areas. To top it all off, they did a very bad job of masking off the rest of the car before painting. My taillights and parts of my rear hatch and rear fenders are now extremely rough due to their overspray and lack of proper masking. Overall, pretty amateur and sloppy work.

I went here a few years ago with a damaged front bumper and side panel and several scratches on the paint. I didnt have to replace the bumper or the side panel; they were able to get them back in shape and repaint them. They did a great job blending, everything looked good as new. Before I came here I priced out the same work through the dealer I bought the car from and 2 other shops. Carsmetics was half the price. Im headed back there this week to get all the scratches and dings fixed that have accumulated over the last several years. Highly recommended.

With the invisible target that is apparently on my bumper, I am so glad to know Carsmetics will come through for me and consistently do a great job. Barry once again was helpful and efficient getting me all the services I needed to have my car fixed quickly and painlessly. The quality of the job was, once again, excellent - like new! Fast, friendly and fabulous. Now if only they can figure a way to buff out the bullseye that keeps people hitting me in the first place! Thanks so much for the wonderful job and the peace of mind.

I had a limited edition Bullitt Mustang that was dented in the rear quarter panel where it folds into the roof line: the worst possible place to have a dent when you’re trying to fix it without removing the panel. Not only did Carsmetics fix it without taking off the panel, but there was no way of telling it was ever damaged. It was also very affordable, and I got my car back the same day. Thank you very much! I recently took my Dodge Challenger to Carsmetics on Dale Mabry for some front bumper work. My car has a bright red pearl type paint job. I was incredibly impressed with the completed job. I was provided with terrific customer service by the manager Barry and even a free rental car. I hope I never have to return, but if I damage my car again, I will go see the good folks at Carsmetics.

Barry the manager greeted me and gave me a quick estimate to fix the damage to two doors of my Acura MDX caused by a fallen tree limb. Both doors had to be repainted and the color matched perfectly. He even arranged for me to have a free rental car without going through my insurance company. I couldnt be happier with the service and results from Carsmetics.
