Jeff was working the desk when I came in. I had a bumper cover and trunk lid I needed painted. I supplied the paint and chemicals from what we used to paint my car, "which was done at my house". Jeff said hed use them if there was enough and told me $160 for both. I needed arctic white sprayed on my new bumper cover and trunk lid I picked up from the local you pull it, a little blemish fixed on the bumper cover and for the parts to be cleaned. Jeff wanted the paint code also incase he needed to mix more. So I supplied that as well. The next day the parts were done. Upon picking them up I noticed the blemish wasnt fixed and the old adhesive from the badging was showing thru. He offered to fix them at no cost and told me to wait till the paint cured after a week. Once I got them home, I noticed that the white looked more of a cream color than what the car was. It was literally like night and day. I brought them up to the GMC/Buick dealer where the guy said it looked more like a Lexus cream white and wasnt the same. I returned to econo paint and told Jeff that it wasnt the right color. He wanted me to bring the whole car. I said "NO". He doesnt need the whole car. Turns out he didnt use my white paint or anything. Boss said different chemicals so he couldnt use it. Had he said something, I could of got those chemicals for him. So my parts went back a second time. This time, same as the first, the blemish looks like it was smooth out rather than filled and blended, the adhesive residue is still there and the white is still a cream white. Very crappy job. I called and talked to Jeff again and he literally said "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR". Had I known this, I would of taken my business somewhere else and paid $500 for a great job instead of a $5 job. So I emailed News Channel 8, made a few calls. Hopefully you will be seeing this guys face on the local news here shortly. Its one thing to be honest and have said "for $160 it will look "ok", not great, but for $500, it will look stellar".

This place is the absolute worst now! I brought my vehicle here because in 2008 they did a paint job one of my old cars and did a great job on it. So I decided to bring my current car here and for a simple paint job and a small dent on the passenger side. When I came to pick up the car it was a complete mess. You could see where the dent was and the paint job was a complete mess. Dirt and dust and hand prints all on the inside of my car. Just sloppy like they didnt even care how it looked. When I brought this to attention of the so called Manger Bryon, he told me to bring the car back in 3 or 4 weeks so that they could redo it. I asked if they would supply me a rental for the mess up and he told me no. He said they could drop me off and then pick me up when the vehicle was ready. I brought the car back to them to redo on Monday. When he called and told me that the car was ready I asked if they was coming to pick me up he acted like he didnt know what I was talking about and said no. I have no one who can come get you. Youll have to wait till tomorrow. I had someone else take me to go get my car. When I get there the car STILL was not done right. You could still see where the dent was and all across the whole car you could see how bad of a paint job that they did. They left the hood popped, paint was on the inside of the vehicle on the arm rest and a dirty paper towel left on the passengers seat, and over spray on chrome where it should not be. I advice anyone who is thinking about getting their car painted here DO NOT DO IT!!! Take it Maaco or any other reputable auto body shop because this place is complete garbage now! They WILL mess you car up and you will be upset so dont even give them the chance to do so. If I could give them zero stars I would!

I came here because they had good reviews. Boy was I wrong. I understand a $300 paint job will have a relatively poor tape job, resulting in some overspray here and there, maybe 1/8th, or even 1/4 inch around window trim etc. These guys left overspray on my grill and brand new window trim that was 2-3 inches off from where the tape should have been!!! That is nothing short of absolute incompetence. I could tape better myself in the dark. Then they put my wipers back on completely wrong. After standing around for 30-40 minutes for the "body guy" to come and remove/re-attach them he proceeded to pry them off with a screwdriver against the fresh paint!!!!! So now I have chips and scrapes down to the bare metal under the mount!!! They also did not tape off the wiper mounts, so they were "glued" on by the paint!! Meanwhile the guy running the desk is giving me attitude, for having an attitude about it! Ill have to do a direct comparison but I am pretty sure its not even the correct red that I requested either. They also stole my nice butane lighter from my console. AND they were a day late with the pick up time, which again, is not unreasonable, things happen. However what is unreasonable is they didnt think it was important to call me and tell me it would be another day! I dont care if this was a $150 paint job, MASSIVE overspray that has ruined my grill and 4 pieces of brand new trim, incorrectly installed wipers, then messing up the fresh paint is entirely unacceptable. Then to give ME attitude tells me this is just how they do their business, so they wont ever get my business again. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

We took our car to have it painted and Brian helped us. He looked around our car first and then wrote up an estimate on how much it would be. He then took us to look at a car they had just finished painting. We were really impressed with the kindness he showed us. I gave him some true stories of people being kind and we really appreciated his kindness shown to us. We got the estimate on Thursday, September 8th and dropped off our car the next day on Friday around 10 am. We went in to ask a question on Saturday around 11 am and he told us he had all his workers on our car and it was ready. They closed at 12 pm and we told him we would be back on Monday to pick the car up. Also I want to say when we first brought the car to have it painted we discovered the back brake lights would not turn off and we thought we might have to take it to Firestone and get that repaired, because we just bought a new battery and knew that would run our new battery down. The two men who were going to paint our car noticed our concern and looked under the dash and hooked some wires up for us and saved our day! When you run into kind people, it makes you want to return to this business and I will spread this kindness to my Sunday School Class of adults this coming Sunday September 18th. Our world needs more kindness shown to everyone! Thanks Brain and for your other two employees!!! The paint job was very good and the price was very good also.
