For 15 years i have been a loyal customer,Last year I left my Volvo SUV for 2 weeks while on vacation and paid $1500 for maintenance. I asked to pay for car to be cleaned,I would pay. Nope even at dealership prices,picked up car and my 9 year old found food wrappers from sandwich place in the back. This year I dropped off for a few items.got a call about ac being sluggish.i suggested evacuation and recharge and got a call that my bill would be $2300(in all fairness $230 was maintenance)for a new compressor and condenser. Ac still blows cold in my 2007 Volvo, but i declined repairs(viewed as unnecessary). Today i picked up and there was 4-5 inches of water in front passenger floorboard. The worse part was they acted as if it was my fault and after reluctantly wet vacuumed out and dried carpet,manager of the stand alone repair shop said i am on my own after he said management and ownership said it was my fault.......I left message for owner but he obviously isnt a man of integrity because John Gannon hasnt called me back.... I was a Body Shop Manager for 10 years plus and an Insurance Adjuster for almost 30 years,never seen customer service this bad.....They are so busy with Insurance company direct repair programs they could give two shi;;; about a loyal customer,albeit not frequent, but a loyal customer non the less...Now i will tell everyone i know about the experience and let you decide if you want that treatment...I own a small business and this "lack" of culpability in our society is why jobs go overseas.....never again.....Mr. Gannon did call me this am(8/9/16) to explain to me all the "extra" stuff they did to my car after finding 4 inches of water in the passenger side floor board while in his businesses care for two weeks...He still accepts no responsibility(even partial) and was trying to be a moral adviser to me to look inside myself. Since he knows nothing about me or the "crazy" divorce i am involved in,he should brush up on his customer service and how they treat customers before lecturing me on morality. All I was looking for was someone there to take even shared responsibility,but NO he couldnt do that,so I will let my review stand as it is.....He claims he cleaned debris from my sunroof and the cowl vent(which screens debris from clogging vents....BTW,my vehicle that never leaked in 4 year and a half years of owning it,doesnt leak today after a nights worth of heavy rain,but Mr. Gannon said basically I should be thankful for the "courtesy" work they did in cleaning the drains of debris that was present...Thank you Mr. Gannon! 8 months Later my electronics are still messed up with the right front seat,door and locks from my window being wide open for who knows how long with 4-5 inches of water in it...They are still ignorant to this day about being responsible! Good thing Mr. Gannon has the insurances companies in his pocket,they are building a nice new facility....Good luck if you leave your car there for work....

Please, please do not take your vehicle to this place. I should have known the first time I had a problem with my car. I originally had a problem with my car and called AAA. The tow truck service just happened to be Mikes Auto Body. The guy suggested that I have it towed to their place. He gets on the phone with someone in the office while hes standing in my driveway. They quoted me an astronomical price for a starter. The car would start up occasionally so I just decided to ride it until it quit on me. A month later it did just that. I called to get a price on the same starter issue and they quoted me a price almost $200 dollars cheaper. I had it towed there and had the work done. About 2 months later I had issues again with my car. I took it to the place again. I was new to the city and I was familiar with where this place was located. When I took it in they claim they had fixed the problem. I paid them 400+ for this problem. About 2 weeks later the car started having same problems. The same problem they said they fixed. This time they said that it should be a different problem than the first...I got it fixed. Another $200+! A week after that...guess what? It was having the same problem from the first time I took it in. Now they want another $200...they say this should do the trick!!! I have taken my car to this place 3 times for the same problem and its still not fixed. Yet they want to charge me for what they think is the problem each time I come in. I asked to speak with the guy that I had been dealing with, of course, he no longer works for the company. Greg (the manager) is DISHONEST and pretty much makes things up as he goes along. He was not involved with the previous issues, yet he knows all of the answers. Oh and dont tell them your profession. Im in a profession that pays very well. Thats probably where the price gouging came from!!!!!!! If you want a place that is honest with you and gets it right the first time...PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!!!!!! IF GIVEN THE OPTION, I WOULD NOT GIVE THEM ANY STARS!!!!!!!!!

We have dealt with Mikes Auto Body for over 15 years ever since John Gannon took it over. I have always tried to find repair facilities that do good work & stick "with them" rather than shop around. It has always paid off in the long run. Mikes has always done "excellent" work on our vehicles from repair & repaint after an accident my wife had with her classic 1973 Gremlin X to some minor rust repair as well. They also have done work on my 96 Lincoln Town Car two different times after both a minor fender bender recently & an attempted break in a few years back when the thief really messed up the door handle area on the passengers side. They were able to "save" the door which kept the costs "down" on this repair as well. They did a perfect 3 stage "color match" on the car after both incidents too !! Jerry & Tim are great !!! They have worked with the insurance company & parts suppliers to save 2 vehicles that my son wrecked over the years that were right "on the verge" of being totaled out. I have been in their body shop and it is one of the "best equipped" ones I have ever seen. The staff is friendly & goes the "extra" mile to keep you informed of the progress on your vehicle while it is in the shop. I have recommended them to some of my friends who have had accidents over the years & they have been satisfied as well. Their AAA trucks that come to our rescue occasionally are "always" clean & well taken care of. The drivers are courteous & do all they can to make you feel "comfortable" under trying circumstances. In my opinion they are a "first class" shop and I "highly recommend" Mikes to anyone who has a need for body shop repair or paint work.

I had to take my truck to Mikes Auto Body to get the bumper fixed. I pulled up to the front into the estimates area and was greeted by Tim Pogar. Tim spoke with me about my issue, took a look at the car, took pictures, etc... and then we went inside to work up the insurance estimate. He assured me that they would do the job right and he went out of his way to make sure I got OEM parts and not after market. He went ahead and ordered the parts and set up my appointment for that coming Monday for me to drop off the vehicle. I dropped off the car and got a free shuttle ride back to my house that Monday morning. The work was completed exactly when they said it would be done and it was done right. The truck looks great. When I came to pick it up, Tim came outside with me and made sure I was happy with the job and explained exactly what they did. He also did me a favor and had my check engine light diagnosed for me while they had the vehicle. I would highly recommend Mikes Auto Body & Repair to anyone in the area. Its always nice to come across a company you can trust to do the job right and treat you well. I appreciate everything the team at Mikes did and if I ever have the unfortunate need to be back at a body shop, itll definitely be Mikes Auto Body & Repair.
