In regards to Seth and his response. Silly liar...you are putting in black and white, that I waited a year to write a review...just because you didnt read it for a year, doesnt mean it took me a year to write it...Trix are for kids. It shows on there when I wrote it and you can see it was a month or two after you did the work. Nice one! I told you from the get go it could go thru insurance. When you found out it was, you said you "found some other stuff" as unintelligent as you are I had the price sheet you gave me before and the one after you learned it was going thru insurance, and "found some stuff" ...all you did genius, is raise the labor rates. That is called insurance fraud and if you want to keep it up, I will bring it to my lawyer. Next...your recollection is probably diluted from all the substances you take in your body...but you never fixed my rental car (which Im not sure where you think you know that I rented it for weeks...unless it took you weeks to make the simple, yet awful, repair on my bumper) you gave me a really high price, like a shark would do, and I did not get the work done with you. You never fixed anything for free...after the work you did and transaction you had on my car...I would not let you work on a car of mine. Even for free! I even had to pay to have your repair fixed. As for asking for cheap after parts..my hat is B.S...what business would even put that on...when asked I said Nissan parts...and again, not the case that was acted out. Lastly, you recently made a call to my company...saying met with me. And you are well revered in Asheville, and you or your family, "the pulliams" will never do business with my company. Nice efforts but I own my company and treat people with great pride and respect and the partner company you called, knows this. That did nothing to effect me, but did give us some laughs. There are ways around your "blocked" call. Try something like that, and you will get sued. I have all the facts in my complaint against you, Seth. Black and white...you responded with a mouthful more of lies, but your lack of education doesnt help you see you have left paper trails on it all. I hope you have 1000 happy customers...I dont believe it, bc every time you open your mouth, lies seem to spew out. Not sure if the owner is a good person but you are not. They should end your run at 11 years or go out of business. I know this has recently hurt you, because a woman contacted me about it and pulled the business from you. You were a dirt bag to her, as well. That is why you have recently responded and called my company. Learn this...your actions have consequences. When you decided to try and stick me for another 1k just because you found out insurance was paying...and you made it so obvious, even on the paperwork (theft and insurance fraud) you have lost a ton more than that because of it. Be careful on your stunts sir...this could get much bigger for you and your B.S business.

I recently had my vehicle repaired at classic paint. I was told repairs would take 10 business days, on business day twenty they said my car was ready. I spoke to a representative and let them know that I was on vacation and would be in on business day 22 8 am to pick up. I arrive on day 22 to get my vehicle, and was very dissatisfied. They let me know my rental car was canceled the day prior because my car had been ready. Okay, you promise 10 days get in on twenty and then I am penalized for an extra day of rental? By this time my car should be perfect right? Oh no, bumper not aligned, white stuff all over interior, and I can see a seam where they attached body panel. I bring my issues to there attention, I am then shuttled to work by their employee with still no car. After a few calls that day car was delivered to my job at 5 pm. The issues I can tell are non working key fobs, non working radio/nav, and rear sun visor not working. This got me thinking, the tech at the body shop told me the airbags were reset. Were they done correctly?? Felling there was more I brought the vehicle to a post collision inspection company and they said that classic paint and body installed my quarter panel against factory specs! I personally will not use or recommend this company to anyone!

Superb job of replacing and painting a rear bumper cover on a Porsche Boxster, badly damaged in an accident. The insurer of the other driver admitted liability, but then told me the bumper was repairable, offered me a pittance and suggested I take the car to one of their repair shops. Instead, I took it to this shop. They looked at it and immediately declared it unrepairable. They dealt with the insurer directly and got them to concede that it was unrepairable and required a new replacement bumper cover. They kept me posted about their progress, and did the work promptly. The car looks great. Fabulous result. Highly recommend this shop.

Classic paint and body is one of the best repair/collision shops we have ever had the pleasure of working with. I had an acciendent in my Lexus rx350 and needed someone immediately. From the moment I called, until the end of the repair it was nothing short of an excellent experience. I have dealt with many shops in my past but none as effiecient as Classic! The staff was super friendly and professial. They entire team assured me that they would take care of everything and they did and more! I would write more reviews if businesses would take a lesson from these folks! Great repair shop in (biltmore village) Asheville and convenient location!

A tree fell on our car(!) and Will and the entire team at Classic Paint and Body helped us make the best of a bad situation. The car looks amazing now; youd never know what had happened. The repairs were completed in the timeframe indicated and they worked with my insurance company to make sure all the necessary work was covered. They even made sure that the paint job was top-notch, even though the insurance company hadnt agreed that it needed to be blended and done well. Thanks for making this a great experience!

I have had a few excellent jobs done on my cars over the years at this body shop. Last time was several years ago. This was the first time I have been disappointed with result. Took BMW in for small accident that had bent a front fender out of alignment and scrapped the paint. They did a good job on the paint but did not make the panel flush. The person I dealt with, Seth, said I had not wanted it repaired completely which wasnt true. I guess it was a poor job on communication. I wont be back.

in reply to jimmy...he was in his rental car for several weeks before he dropped his car off for repair, he also requested cheaper used or aftermarket parts. he said it wasnt insurance repair but turned out that it was. his car was done 11-2015 but his reviews was wrote a uyear later, however him wrecking his rental car and fixing it for free myself its unreal how I could get that review. ive been here 11 years and can show u 1000s of happy people that return
