The roads were really bad and I somehow managed to get my car stuck sideways in an alley. The ice coating the road wouldnt let me get enough traction to pull back into the driveway. I wasnt familiar with any places in the area as Im from Columbus but my girlfriend suggested I call Howard Street. Im so glad I did. The tow truck arrived earlier than quoted and had my car back on the road and on my way in no time. The price was a lot less than I was expecting as well. Id definitely recommend them.

Every year before we go on vacation we have Howard Street go over our car looking for anything that might go wrong. Never has there been a problem while away. Over the past 4 years we have gone there when we needed repairs. They always had the car repaired in a timely manner with no problems later. The mechanic explains, if I ask, in terms I can understand what was wrong and what was done to correct it. Excellent job to the mechanic!

I have been going to Howard Street Garage for all of my car care needs for over 10 years. If I have questions or concerns they are sure to check what the problem is and call me with what issue is and level of concern. They always do good work and charge fair prices. And the car is complete always when they say its going to be done. Thanks Howard Street Garage!

This place is a joke. Called for help and wouldnt come help but the owner of the shop. Lives right down the road from where i broke down. Id never ask for there help.
