I was in a wreck 10 years ago (not my fault) and the body shop that my car was taken to in Johnson City had it for over 2 full months and within 6 months the paint was chipping all over the areas they had worked. I had a wreck 2 weeks ago today. My insurance company sent me to Millennium. The estimate said 8 days and that is exactly what it took. I went to pick up my car and upon looking, there were flaws and other obvious places where parts did not line up. I spoke with Bill. He said it was the after market parts that caused these problems. He offered to do a restoration on the headlight that was not replaced so that it would match the new one. He also offered to fix something else that was totally unrelated to my wreck. He said he would personally talk to the insurance adjuster and do everything possible to get my car looking the way it should. He truly came through with his promise he made me last Monday that I would leave with a smile on my face. Not only all that, my car was detailed inside and out! Here I was expecting to get it back and take it through the wash and vacuum, and shine my tires. My insurance may have cheated me on the poor quality of parts, but Millennium did an excellent job with their customer service. They went above and beyond any expectations I couldve had. I will recommend Millennium and they will be my go to for any future work I need on any vehicle I own!!!!

The proceeding one star review is mine. The owners of Millennium personally contacted me immediately after my scathing reviews to apologize and offered to work with the insurance company until I was completely satisfied with the repairs. I didnt realize at the time that some insurance companies authorize aftermarket parts in an effort to cut costs. Unfortunately, aftermarket parts are not always the perfect fit and oftentimes look out of place or generic so to speak. The insurance company agreed to replace the aftermarket parts with parts from the manufacturer. Millennium went above and beyond their call of duty including bringing me a rental car, and calling regularly with status updates. They were committed to amend the situation and ensured the quality of work to the end. My car does not even look like it was involved in an accident. The level of workmanship is superb and was delivered in a timely fashion. I would recommend Millennium to anyone looking for quality work and excellent customer service. Word to the wise, make sure your parts are not aftermarket.

To say comparable is an understatement, their is no comparison with this shop to others in the area, maybe price wise, but everything else is 10+stars above and beyond anywhere else you might take your vehicle. The individuals who own this business have not forgotten what customer service and taking care of people is all about. They go out of their way to make sure you get the best service, parts and value for your money. They cater to you in so many ways, the friendly atmosphere, the level of care and detail, the service, when you walk in you will feel as though you are home. They dont have customers, they consider everyone family, and it shows in the way they treat you from start to finish. If you have never been here or if you vehicle (car/truck/bike) needs repairs, dont just take it to any shop or a shop your insurance recommends, if you want the best parts, service and to be treated like your part of their family, take all your repair needs here, you will NEVER be disappointed!

An excellent shop that does excellent work for entirely comparable prices. Estimates are professionally done and utilize an up to date computer program....no good ol boy stuff. Very professional work area and office. Good looking building and property. The cars parked around the place gleamed like new. Millennium repaired a sideswipe dent in my 12 year old Avalanche and treated it like a new car and me like someone special. Although this was a fairly low profit deal for them, they completely detailed my car before returning it. I mean they washed it inside and out, including the windshield and windows, scrubbed the floor mats, treated the dash and window sills with a protectant, cleaned the aluminum wheels like new, and even shined the tires. It doesnt get any better than this.

Millenium has had the business of my entire family for over a decade and they have always performed way above expectation. They are truly the most wonderful group of people and make everyone feel like part of their family. It is so comforting to know that any time something happens with one of our vehicles, Millenium is just a phone call away to do anything within their power to help. I can always trust that they will take good care of our vehicles, keep us informed, keep our costs down the best they can and make us leave with big smiles (& really great smelling air fresheners :)) Cassie, Charles, Bill, Chaz, Ashley, Cody, Meg and all of the crew at Millenium are top-notch, honest, hard-working folks. I was one of their first customers when they opened their doors. Over the years, they have worked on all my vehicles from antique restorations to both my sons little accidents learning how to drive. I have never had a bad experience and their work is exemplary. The latest job they did for me was to resurrect by 68 mustang convertible that was rear ended on the way to a car show. The insurance company totaled the car but I just couldn’t let it go. They did an amazing job to get it back to where it was. The only issue was one part where the paint wouldn’t stick. I brought it back and they corrected it immediately. You can’t go wrong having them work on your vehicles.

I studied long and hard before I posted on this site, but this is how came to my decision on using this shop. First of all this was my first experience ever bringing a vehicle to a body shop for repairs. First of all they kept my vehicle 1 week longer than promised, but I had no problem with that because of extra car. The car had 12-15 places on it for repairs, when I got it back after almost 3 weeks it had still issues.They worked on it again and it still has a few problems but decided to chalk it up as a learning experience. I studied long and hard before I wrote this but these reviews was one reason I used this place.

I have had a great experience with this shop. I was unsure where to take my car as everyone seemed to be booked up and I had never been to Millennium. Albeit, I took my car to Millennium and I am very thankful I made that decision. My car was in a wreck and had significant body damage, but Bill and his team at Millennium got my car in quickly and got the job done right. Bill is very particular in making sure repairs are done correctly which is very much appreciated. I am rather pleased and will definitely go to Millennium in the future and I recommend others to go to Millennium as well!
