First of all in 2011 I had a Suburban with a bent frame they did an excellent job couldnt ask for better .... However, I just brought them a Dodge Ram they were supposed to straighten the frame and do an alignment I had to bring it back to them twice it is still not right I took it to another frame shop who actually straighten the frame and told me its impossible to do an alignment because it is a straight axle that I needed a new axle and control arms that is another $900 so they lied, treating me less than dirt when talking to me. They did not do what they were supposed to do and charge me almost $900 ... I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Ohio Attorney Generals office

first of all the cost was $300.00 more than I was told. had the frame stretched and the workmanship was less than desirable. I was told that the truck would be lined up and it wasnt,I have a vibration in the drive line because the pitch isnt right.the airlines for the fifth wheel slide and air dump were backwards(good thing I didnt slide something through the back of my sleeper).the paint had runs in it and the weld on the side of the frame isnt very presentable. I spent a day dressing up the welds and repainting it. Ill take it some place else to have it lined up and the pitch in the driveline reset. Sorry to say they will never get my business again!

VERY AGGRIVATED. FELT LIKE I WAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BECAUSE I AM A FEMALE. WAS QUOTED FOR BALL JOINTS AND CONTROL ARMS THAT MY TRUCK DIDNT NEED. WAS TOLD ABOUT A WHEEL BEARING THAT WAS BAD BUT NOT GIVEN AN ESTIMATE FOR THAT WORK. I WAS CHARGED $30 FOR A LOOK AND SEE WHAT WE CAN CON THIS FEMALE OUT OF JOB. WENT BACK TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE AND WAS TOLD THAT I PAID FOR THE INSPECTION OF THE VEHICLE AND THAT ANOTHER SHOPS OPINION IS JUST THAT ANOTHER OPINION.

Having dealt with this company for 30 + years, I have the highest regard for their expertise and service. They always have been fair and the workmanship has been superior. I would and will recommend them for all of their service. They just replaced a starter on a 2000 BMW. They did a great job.

Amazing !!! They, Greg Blubaugh, made the process of painting my car painless and friendly !! Price was actually LOWER than Insurance claim, had my car done when they said. Had rental car ready.. NO HASSLE !! WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE, ANYTIME !!!!!!

Never going to have work on any of my cars here ever again double the price most places and dont let you know any details before you drop your car off. Dont make the mistake take your car somewhere else.
