I brought my car here to have an interior detail. I got a good impression from the owners of the place and felt comfortable leaving my car there. When I picked my car up after hours they had done a complete exterior clean, not an interior clean like I had requested. I was furious and approached them the next day. They apologized and did a interior detailing without charging me extra but the detail was not very thorough and there were still crumbs in between the seat and dirty rag wipes all over the dashboard/consul area. For what I paid I expected it to look alot better and overall was not impressed by the service for the money. A few months later I brought my car to All Star Detailing in Hendersonville and they did a much better job with the interior clean and I was charged a whole lot less for it too. Definitely recommend them over First Aid Auto.

I had a ding in the rear fender of my Accord coupe. Being at a place where the fender curves, it stood out every time I looked at the car. So I took it to First Aid Auto to get it fixed. Less than an hour later, you would never know there was ever a ding in the car! Ive used First Aid Auto before, and will continue to use them anytime I get a ding. Its MUCH cheaper to have them fix a dent, than to have a body shop do it the old fashioned way. So if you are in the greater Asheville area, and someone has opened their door into the side of your car and left their mark. First Aid Auto is the first place you should go to make your car like new again! THANKS GUYS!!!! :-)

I had such a great experience working with First Aid Auto! My Porsche got nailed with serious hail damage and looked like someone had pounded the whole entire thing with a little hammer. In just a few days I had that car back and you couldnt even tell anything had happened. They were also able to work on my 1991 Honda Accord and make it so the trunk stopped leaking from where a tree had fallen on the back end of the car. Such a great honest family run business. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Im sure I will be back...Its just a matter of time!

These guys are amazing! They fixed the dent in my wifes van that happened because of a bicycle handlebar and you cant even see where it was. We were really upset because it is a 2015 model and had less than 1000 miles. They were fast and efficient and very cordial. They have a very nice shop off of airport road so it is very convenient to get to and you will be in and out in no time. I have also seen some hail damage they have fixed and you couldnt tell it was ever there. If you have a dent go see them! you will not be disappointed!!!!

I had hail damage all over my car! These guys made it look brand new. They even fixed a dent in my door from a shopping cart. It was like magic, they pushed the dents right out and didnt have to paint or anything. Jeff at the front desk was very helpful and I had my car back in just 2 days! Way quicker than my other quote. I was so happy that I had them detail the car too. Ill never take my car anywhere else for body work or detailing. Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Thanks First Aid Auto! I dropped by to see if they could repair the dents from acorns dropping from our tree. They set an appointment for the next day. They worked with the Insurance comany, perrformed the work and called when finished. Danny walked me around the car prior to the work showing the dents and after the work was completed. The price seemed high at first, but when looking at the expertise that it took to repair and understanding what it took to repair, it was very fair. They did a wonderful job and will highly recommend them.

Did a great job the first time I used their services on a new truck with a small crease in the hood. Went back for restoration, buffing, and dent repair on a used car and the job was not completed (not buffed completely as it was supposed to be and several other issues not completed). Parts took longer than anticipated so they kept my car for a week and I got incomplete and inferior work. I know they were busy, but I was not trying to rush the work so cant figure out why it was not completed properly.

We left our Black 2009 Acura TL with Jeff on Thursday (1/15/2015) for a Deluxe Detailing. We picked it up the next day and I must say the car looks brand new !! The black paint had that milky haze over it and lots of scratchy looking swirls from wiping it with a towel. They completely buffed and polished it with wax. WOW what a difference. The carpet and the interior is spotless. I highly recommend their "Deluxe Detail" you will be very happy!

I highly recommend taking your vehicle to First Aid Auto. I brought my PT Cruiser in for minor dent repair and headlight restoration so that I could put it on the market. Not only did my car come back to me looking several years newer, but I was able to sell it the very same day! Took my car this morning...it had a really bad parking lot dent. I must admit I was a bit sceptic at first and didnt think it would ever look the same and wasnt about to spend $1000 on a door. These guys do amazing work...my door looks brand new and you cant tell where the dent was...nothing short of amazing. I highly recomend First Aid Auto and they took care of it in only one hour. I have used first aid auto for work multiple times. anything from hail damage to parking lot bumper cars has been made beautiful again. Ryan did a GREAT job restoring my 06 BMW 750li headlights!!!! I thought I would have to replace them to look this good again. I used First Aid Auto for a ton of scratch and dents on my 6 yr old car. It looked great and was a whole lot less money than a new car. They are the ones the dealers use to touch up the used cars. Also they offer free door dings are certain days.
