Took my wifes car (Volvo) there to be repaired. Needed new Bumper, Hood, Fender, Headlight, Alignment, and Paint. Got the car back the first time and the "brand new hood with fresh paint" was all scratched up like someone had taken rocks and washed the hood with it. They would have let my wife drive away without saying anything. The car is black by the way so very easy to see scratches on. The owner said ok our mistake bring it back and we will resolve it. My wife didnt even make it a mile down the road without calling me complaining that her steering wheel was over 45 degrees off center and car wandering all over the road. Called the shop back immediately and they swore they had the car inspected and aligned. So I called the alignment shop they "used". The alignment shop had no record of ever aligning the car and said they lacked the tools to align the car anyhow. Called Parks collision back and told them what I was told, I was told they ended up taking the wrong car but same year and model down to get aligned. Somehow that Volvo was "aligned" but they couldnt align mine, they had to drive mine all the way to Hunter Volvo and have them align it. So to that other Volvo either you or your insurance company was scammed your car was never aligned unless it went to Hunter Volvo. Fast forward a few weeks, I am washing the car and noticed the headlight/fender squeaks and makes a horrid grinding noise when pressed on. Upon further inspection the headlight was improperly installed and easily movable in the housing. The LED running lights on the bumper were also not installed correctly and there is a very visible gap between the fender and fender liner that should not be there. Mind you these are all Volvo Genuine OEM parts that we had to ship from Sweden and took a good 2 weeks to arrive. I drove the car to Volvo and had the service tech look at it who then confirmed that all the parts were improperly installed and though they would not get involved did allow me to park it next to another new Volvo and take comparison pictures. In a nut shell I would never recommend using this repair shop.

I took my 2016 Mazda to Parks for repair. The first time around there was an improper masking job done and the paint line was down farther than it should have been. I pointed this out and David, the manager or owner was very cooperative and professional about getting it fixed. They attempted a more time saving/cost effective approach first which didnt turn out too well but David remained very professional, friendly, and cooperative offering to replace and repaint the entire bumper. Once I brought the car in to have the 2nd bumper put on, it was done efficiently and they did an EXCELLENT job. The guy who made the mistake actually came out and apologized in person for the inconvenience. If not for the error, Id have given them 5 stars. I will use again and highly recommend to anyone I know that may need their service. Thanks guys for making what could have been a stressful situation very manageable!

I chose Parks from a list of preferred vendors through Nationwide Insurance after getting in a fender bender. Im very happy I did–happy enough to write a review (which I rarely do). The staff and quality of work at Parks is without parallel. From the moment I arrived, David made the process smooth and easy. The repairs were impeccable and done ahead of schedule. Theyve also integrated a nice system for updates on progress via text messages throughout the process, which keeps their customers apprised of developments. Its clear from working with Parks (and from watching other customers come and go in the lobby) that they are an exceptionally honest body shop–they even helped me after the fact with a fix that they certainly werent obligated to help with. I cant recommend Parks highly enough. Very impressed.

These guys do a tremendous job. They were swamped with upcoming jobs when I came in to set up an appointment, but they fit me right into their very flexible schedule. I took it in the next Sunday night to have my front bumper and passenger fender replaced and painted. I expected it to be in there for a few days at least, but they called me the next day at noon and told me they were already done! Also, I couldnt come pick up my car until after hours because of my work schedule, but the owner told me just to call him when I was on my way and he would met up with me. The car looked great with no runs or orange peeling in the paint. He even had the entire exterior of my car completely cleaned when I came to pick it up. 10/10, would highly recommend.

A gust of wind blew my car door into the side of the car parked next to me, bent the edge of the door, and took off a chunk of paint about three inches long. I brought the mess to Parks. They banged out the dent and put three coats of paint on the spot. All I did was pay for the touch-up paint. They charged me NOTHING for labor. These guys can be trusted to do a great job and charge you fairly for it. If youre in the Asheville area, and you need someone to fix your car after a collision, they are the ones you need to call.

Parks repaired the front and back bumpers, hood and fenders on my Chevy SS. Went to pick it up and the paint was orange peeled pretty bad on bumper and car was pretty dirty. David gave no fuss and offered to redo without excuses. The other parts repaired and refinished were spot on. Thats what makes a great company not one that dont make mistakes but makes them right when they do. Will see if theres any issues when I return but dont believe there will be. I recommend and will hire again.

Thoroughly Impressed!!! Parks Collision was one of the recommended body shops by my insurance after being rear-ended recently. The initial appraisal was amazingly fast. The only thing faster than that was getting the work itself done. The efficiency and professionalism of this Repair Shop is amazing! I am thrilled by the quality of the work and the speed that the work was done. I would definitely go to Parks Collision again (let’s hope I will not need to, though!).

I am a very picky person, the kind that will spend hours polishing and detailing my car. I have to say, Parks Collision has it figured out! From the details of the repair to the customer service they are impossible to beat. Our car needed repaired that would take 4-days, and within 4 days our car was finished and looked amazing!! I just picked up my Mazda CX-5 and it looks brand new! I had a collision in a parking lot, resulting in passenger side bumper & tail light damage. Took it to Parks based on insurance auto shop suggestion. Im very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend this auto shop to anyone who needs it. Thanks a bunch!
