My car was serviced for hail damage repair at Caliber in Taylors, SC. They told me the car would be ready in 2 days, but it actually took 5 days and cost me additional rental car expenses. That was not too bad and easily understandable and forgiven. However, when I got my car back and paid the 1000$ deductible, discovered that the spoiler on the roof of the lift gate was warped and did not match up with the car. Pictures from the original estimate prior to Caliber getting the car, indicated that the damage occurred in their shop. Caliber tried to put another spoiler on the back from a different car to appease me but it didnt match either. I called several times and asked where we were with this situation and never received a return call from them. I was told " we are waiting to hear back from the insurance company" a couple of times and then my calls just went straight to voice mail never to be returned. My insurance adjuster told me it was their responsibility because it was not part of the hail damage. I could not get anyone at Caliber to discuss this with me. I would NOT recommend this shop and will not use them again. I am still waiting for them to call me back. My car was serviced 3 months ago.

They charged me $9,000 to do a halfass job. My rearview window leaks continuously and there was never any work done to that area of the truck. The entire right door was never put back on properly and whistles all the time now. They hit something in the lot, leaving a huge scratch down the side no one told me about/just left it. And to top it off, the gas line that connects the tank to the frame of the truck/where you unscrew the fill cap, was not even connected back to my truck when I left. I found out when I went to fill up later that day...it was dragging on the ground. All this on top of them keeping it 3 weeks longer than they said they would. My insurance company sent me back to them again when an uninsured driver hit my wife on the other side. Again they did a terrible job and now my driver side door has a hard/noisy time closing. If I had the money I would rent out the billboard right in front of the shop and warn everyone to NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THE CALIBER COLLISION ON WADE HAMPTON. They will rob you and further damage your vehicle.

I had an appointment today for 4:30. I called and I spoke with Ashley over the phone and she said it would be ok if my fiancé brought my car because I would be working. She said that he could stay with the car because it would take 20-30 minutes. For starters, he didnt get out of there until 5:30. He was told that it would be a minute because there were 4 walk ins.... I had an appointment? The woman doing the estimate was unprofessional, and argued about the damages that were already reported. The damages are VERY clear. Considering I was in the middle of two cars, both ends were damaged. She had him wait outside for the rest of the visit "real quick". Nobody even came back for him by that time so he walked himself in and they asked "nobody came back for you?" Then she asked "do you have somewhere to be?" I am not a person who complains or goes out of my way to write a review, but this was an UNPLEASANT experience nonetheless especially considering this was my first wreck and it wasnt an easy one. I hope that this helps for the future.

Apparently a complete waste of time. Car was hit by the hail storm that got Greer/Taylors. Took car and got estimate, Geico had a check written out to me and Caliper before I left. Got a call from someone I believe was Tamera the following week which I was in a meeting and could not answer. I called back that afternoon and left a message for her. No call back. Called the next week, left message...no call back. Called the following the week, left yet another message...no call back. That was 3 weeks ago. Now I have to waste more time from work to go get other estimate hopefully somewhere where they actually want the business. The worst customer service I have seen in a lot of years. :(

Last week was my third experience in the past six months at Caliber Collision. I think my cars have a bullseye on them! All three repairs were completed beautifully and on time. One of the best advantages is the rental car folks are on hand to deliver the car to you at Caliber, no hassle at the rental car lot! Another advantage is the friendly and professional people at Caliber. Kevin, who wrote the estimate and Dillon at the front counter were thorough, professional and friendly. Oh yeah, there was free popcorn. How do you beat that.

Im sorry I had to give a two star rating, but my experience has been very frustrating. Im not rushing anyone I just wanted to see whats the process. I call in and they say they dont have my estimate. Ive given my estimate 3 times! Theyve misplaced it and Ive lost my place in order 3 times. When its not high demand Caliber is a great collision shop, but with high pressure and high demand its a mad house. Again, I wasnt being pushy because I know that I wasnt the only person with hail damage.

I had pretty significant damage to my car. Caliber had it over 2 weeks. Kevin Benton did an amazing job with constantly communicating with me to keep me up to date with expected completion date!!!!! He is an awesome asset to Caliber Collision. After my car was completed he called to follow up to make sure that I was satisfied with my vehicle. I will ALWAYS take my car to this Caliber Collision!!!!!! Great job!!!!!!

I had a dent at the bottom of my rt rear passenger door and one day sooner than was estimated it was repaired. I truthfully could not tell it had been damaged. The Caliber rep gave me timely updates throughout the process. I am a very satisfied customer and recommend Caliber Collision for any car repair. Enterprise had a rep on site so I dropped off my car and had a choice of three vehicles. Very good experience.

My wife had an incredibly positive experience with the repair specialists, the communication efforts, and the confidence that she was getting "her" car back after the repairs were made. Caliber Collision will be our primary repair company if the situation ever arises again. Caliber Collision was respectful, honest, and timely-- three characteristics rarely found all in the same place.

Service at Caliber Collision was second to none.. they made the process quite easy for me... They kept me up to date every day.. and they even offered me snacks when I walked in the door.
