If I could leave 0 stars I would. The staff is incompetent at a minimum, the work quality is terrible, and they lie consistently to try and cover themselves. My truck was sent to their shop for repair by the insurance company of the person that sideswiped me. The shop tried an appalling attempt to buff out scratches instead of repainting several panels to save themselves cost while billing the insurance company for the work. When I noticed this and called them out on it, they just went back to the "service record" and told me that they never buffed anything because didnt have it written down as being done. I photographed all of it, sent it to the insurance company and they sorted it out. Back for repair round 2, and they did a terrible job at respraying the bed of the truck. There is an obvious paint lip at the top of the bed near the bedrail where they didnt even attempt to blend the paint. This IS going to chip and peal in the future. Fast forward 2 months, and I find out my wheel lock key is missing. It has sat in my glovebox since I have owned the truck. I have never removed the wheels, nor have I ever had anyone else remove the wheels. They are telling me the paperwork doesnt say anything about the wheels being removed, and therefore it is not their fault that they lost it. Again, same service "advisor". They have lied to my face several times, and if I wasnt as aware of what was going on as most they would have gotten away with it. I purchased my truck originally from a Ferman dealership, and while that is a story for another day, they lied twice at that point. The whole brand is run poorly. If they do not resolve the issue I will be taking legal action. Avoid at al costs.

There is a couple of things I will like to remark about this place.. At least the paint job was not so bad but the parts that they used on my car it was not on the best condition... they still reused a part thats was damage on the accident... they put the clips from the calipers backwards and damaged my rotor and they blame it on who ever replaced my brakes and those brakes been working since 4 months without any problems!! Additionally the mechanic from there I meets him and was REALLY grumpy same as the clerk that asked the phone... people who have couples of years working there. In my opinion this place needs to work more on consumer relationships.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Ferman Collision. I was a bit hesitant to use the center my insurance company suggested, but I could not have been more happy with the service and repairs made. Everything was lined up when I arrived, and I was out the door with a rental within just a few minutes. My car was repaired in less time than they anticipated and they kept me updated via phone and text. Brandon went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the repairs. I highly recommend this shop!

I have had two repairs done here, which is an authorized USAA repair shop. The first job was completed well enough but they put a dent in a door that hadnt been damaged. They repaired that, at no charge but with an additional delay. Months later, when I brought it back for additional repairs (another accident) we noticed that clips for some molding were missing (from the previous repair). In the end, all the work done looked great but the carelessness caused more delays than needed.

They do a pretty decent job. Even handled some issues with Hertz rental. Dont use Hertz!
