The uploaded photo of the black, primer, and blue Cobalt SS hit in the passenger quarter panel is mine. After getting ripped off by another auto repair shop that took my money and left me in the dust for a MONTH until I took my own car back, Tom and his crew at North Ridgeville Carstar turned what would have been a totaled car into a perfect repair that my own dealership could not find one flaw with. They got the car done ahead of time, did it for half the price of other repair shops, and called me and updated me on the status every day. They even installed a custom aftermarket spoiler and painted it for a little bit extra over what the insurance company provided, something no other shop would do!

Ive had two claims now, one through Esurance and one through State Farm and this shop is EXCELLENT. Cody is very professional and answered all of my questions and made sure everything went very smoothly from start to finish and that I was a truly satisfied customer. My rental car was already set-up and waiting for me when I arrived and everything. :) The receptionist, Debbie is always polite and friendly when I call or come in as well, and the shop guys did fantastic work on my vehicle!! 5 STARS and 2 THUMBS UP from me, all the way!! Highly recommend to all my friends and family as well.
